These are GREAT!! each bar is 80g of caffeine which they say is like having an espresso. They are very tasty! I have tried a different other flavors and they were just okay, but this one is great! The caffeine is a green tea. It’s the perfect little afternoon pick me up that you need. I can definitely feel the difference and continue to buy them. I would highly recommend.
I really enjoy that it's easy to put one in your purse any time you need a little energy. I don't really love the taste and I find the texture to be a little odd. Overall, they're convenient but I wouldn't buy them again.
I like these bars because they give a decent amount of energy per single bar. I wasn't a fan of the taste or texture of the banana bread flavor, but the peanut butter cup one is amazing. It tastes like I'm eating candy. I want to try more flavors.

So delicious! I bought a package of these bars when I had to drive across the country a while back. They came in super handy when I was tired and needed a snack. Even now, I keep a few ginger snaps in my car for when I want to snack while I drive.
