THIS LADY IS OBSESSED! I got my theragun I think three years ago at this point and I love having it. Being in my 30s means things hurt and my muscles get tight! I was going to physical therapy for plantar fasciitis and instead of buying a calf stretcher, I've just incorporated my theragun into my routine more often. I don't swap out the heads, which I'm sure they wouldn't recommend, but I think it's fine. One thing I wasn't expecting was that I noticed I would always get itchy after using it but after some googling, I learned it's normal because you're opening up your capillaries. Great use on a charge. I have the prime but got my mom the pro plus because she's in her 60s and wanted to help minimize mobility issues in tough to reach places with the adjustable neck on the pro plus.
