Overall good value for a weirdly low price. I’ve mainly used their retinol but it definitely helped my acne without that really rough adjustment phase you can get with other retinols

Ever since I stumbled into a skin-care rabbithole in 2020, The Ordinary has been one of my favourite brand discoveries. Their products are high quality ingredients offered at affordable prices - what's not to love? The one thing I would highly recommend new users do is to make sure they check the compatibility of their products from the Ordinary to see how they work together in a routine - you can do this on their website fyi! The reason I say this is because the Ordinary's offerings are often distinct ingredients that the user has to pair and create a routine around, instead of broader formulations like traditional skincare companies create. This puts some extra responsibility on the user - but for these prices and quality, it's well worth it I'd say! My favourite product has been their Alpha Arbutin serum - it helped fade my acne scars over a month.

The Ordinary brings high-skincare to the public at an affordable price. Not every product may be a win, but trying out new products is possible with how cost effective they are.

Some really great products at such an affordable price! I’ve used a variety of skincare products from The Ordinary and have some staples like Squalane always stocked up. I think the products are effective at its price.

I’ve been using their niacinamide serum for years, and I don’t think I could see myself going to any other product. When I only have room for one serum in my bag while traveling, I will always choose this. They make great affordable skin care, and have never raise their prices, which is such a plus.

Their hyaluronic acid serum and squalane cleanser have completely changed my skin and have become fundamental in my routine. This is truly luxury skincare at the most affordable price point.

obvs great prices, but pretty hit or miss in terms of efficacy. always loved their antioxidants but could really take or leave their moisturizers, primers, and retinols. love the simplicity of it all though.

I like the simplicity of this brand but I think they would benefit from promoting what products work together and what they’re supposed to do, for someone with no background in skincare it’s really difficult to navigate the product line

The ordinary glycolic acid toning solution has replaced deodorant in my household. My husband and I were looking for a natural deodorant that didn’t leave a stinky and we tried over 10 brands and couldn’t find one we both liked. A friend recommended. We try glycolic acid to neutralize the pH in our under arms and we have never looked back. I put mine in a glass spray bottle and apply it as I would deodorant and it last all day through workouts, working, the humid, Arkansas weather, and even on theme park days. I will never go back to using traditional deodorant.

I love the ordinary! I enjoy being able to buy specific ingredients to meet my own skincare needs. The prices are very affordable. I have never had an issue with any of the products that I have tried from them. I really like mandelic acid, and the AHA/BHA Peeling Mask.

I love this brand and their wide range of effective products. My favorite product is the BHA 2 % Peeling Solution. It's affordable and it works which is hard to find in todays beauty market.

I bought a vial of 0.5% squalene retinol serum. I have sensitive skin so was nervous that it would irritate. Happily nonirritation and I enjoyed using tje oil. I can't honestly say it made a big difference to my skin either though. I think perhaps I should go up to 1% to see if that makes a difference.

Love this brand, it is super affordable. Some product do work better than others, but I love their moisturizer and niacinamide. The lash/brow serum is my holy grail!!! some products are on the weaker end, so do some research

I’ve especially enjoy using the ordinary. It has become part of the daily skin care routine for years now. At their price point and the quality of the product it is a smart purchase. Because the product is very affordable and some is quite potent, it is easy to go overboard with layering and it is highly recommended to research which products to use whether for am or pm. Glad that these are in glass bottles. I appreciate the packaging and the quality that comes from these products.

Okay so using the ordinary product make me feel Sciency and I know what I’m doing but I really don’t so I just want them to put more description on the products and how to use them, like a QR code where they can show a video…

Great quality for the price! Some products are better than others, but they keep the ingredients simple & do a great job of making it accessible.
