I have both the cleanser and moisturizer and I love them! They are so lightweight and great for acne prone skin.

Big fan! I’ve tried quite a few different products and have been happy with pretty much all of them. I find myself reaching for some products more than others (I use the natural moisturizing factors + HA and the hyaluronic acid 2% + BS almost every day) but I’m okay with more experimentation given the price point.

I didn’t ever have a skincare routine before I started using the ordinary. I went on the website and used the chat feature to figure out my skincare routine, as well as spoke to people in store on how to build out a good routine. Products I use daily are: -Squalene Cleanser -Salicylic Acid -Niacin amide Powder -Maxtrixyl -Argan Oil In that order, with a lightweight moisturizer before the argan oil. My skin is always clear, even through my period. I LOVE the ordinary!! For sustainability, you can also bring all of your empty beauty containers (of any brand) to their store for recycling. Really important to me!

I have been using the ordinary for a couple of years. I sent them a few photos of my face showing where I wanted to reduce rosacea and wrinkles. My redness is completely gone, though I still have wrinkles they are not as pronounced and have not gotten worse. Any time I have had a question they are quick to respond and give me updated information. My only negative comment is they have ran out of products I use a couple of times and it has taken several months to get them back in stock. Definetely worth the money, I will continue to use and add additional products.

So far I’m sold on the ordinary given the simplicity of ingredients in most products and very reasonable pricing compared to many beauty brands. I can’t say any product has noticeably changed my complexion, not even the expensive Niod products. That said, mostly I’m trying not to show signs of aging and I think the Niod eye serum has done its job the last two years. I wish they were more focused on sustainability and took into account potential health and environmental risks of ingredients. Many don’t have great ratings from EWG. I also find the range of products overwhelming and think they need a better system for matching products to individuals or at least skin types. They seem to want you to throw on about 15 things and are happy to tell you the order in which to do so, but it all seems unnecessary.

I use a lot of the Ordinary serums including naicinamide+zinc and mandelic acid. Good quality and good price!

Affordable, useful, helpful. All I can ask for in a skin care brand! I’ve heard their ingredients aren’t as clean as some other brands but I’ve never had an issue with them!

The Ordinary’s high quality serums at an accessible price point are the stand out items for me. Used the moisturizer and cleansers, but the serums are fixtures in my arsenal.

My go-to skincare company. I use The Ordinary for just about every product I use on my face. I love their simple no-BS style of marketing, packaging, explaining benefits, etc... It's the way skincare should be done, instead of the smoke and mirrors other brands try to shove down your throat. I use... Natural Moisturizing Factors + Ha "Buffet" + Copper Peptides 1% AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion Squalene Cleanser Their prices are amazing. Their products work. I don't know what else someone would need.

Love the Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%. I use it every morning before my sunscreen/makeup routine and it works as a great primer! Very lightweight and I think it has brightened my skin over time – would love to try other products from the brand...

I love the ordinary skin care line. I use most of it. I personally love a science backed up skin care line that truly works. My personal favorite is the amino acids, glycolic 8%, lactic acid 5%. As someone who is acne prone and had a lot of work to do on my skin, it's truly a skin care like that has helped me. Highly recommend for you to try this science backed up skin care line!

Great, affordable product. I noticed a difference in my skin! So much softer and fewer lines

I have discover The Ordinary a long time ago now and bought many times on their website before it was in Sephora Canada. My cabinet is still fulllll of them so I can't tell I'm not a fan of the brand. I like buying on their website to have the opportunity to try the other brands they have, but I also like to complete my Sephora's orders with a The Ordinary product! With no surprise, the brand's biggest draw is those low prices. But I also appreciate the education surrounding their products and the fact that they lead us to learn about what we put on our bodies. I've always bought facial products, so I can't say for the other product categories, but I'd say for the price, I came away with some great finds. Duds are less disappointing when they cost so little.

I LOVE THIS BRAND!! I love the clear ingredients! They make skincare feel obtainable to all budgets and don't seem to overcomplicate things.

Love the brow and lash serum, it's not too expensive, and I have seen a change in my brows since using, which seeing any growth at all has been a struggle for years. I really like how simple their products and packaging is, you know exactly what you are getting.

Their product line has been a great go to for a alternative to the pricier stuff.

I use the hyaluronic acid and niacinamide every day! These products have completely changed my skin for the better! Cannot go without these two products

For the price, the niaciamide serum actually minimized my very large pores after 2 months of daily use.

I use the skin peel mask religiously and it does wonders for my skin. I really appreciate the ingredients first approach of the ordinary and they have a huge range of products. There’s really something for everything.
