  • Luxurious textures and packaging
  • Gentle, effective rice cleansers
  • Hydrating, glow-boosting moisturizers
  • Silky, pore-blurring primer
  • Occasionally heavy, sticky finishes
  • Fragrance irritates sensitive skin
  • Inconsistent sunscreen elegance

Tatcha earns largely positive reviews as a luxurious, effective skincare line, with standouts like The Dewy Skin Cream, The Water Cream, The Rice Wash/Polish, Camellia Cleansing Oil, and The Silk Canvas primer delivering soft, glowy, smooth skin and strong makeup prep. However, reviewers flag weaknesses: some formulas feel heavy or sticky, fragrance irritates sensitive skin, sunscreens and a few moisturizers underwhelm, and results can be average relative to hype.

  • I have used a few different Tatcha products over the years. Personally the dewy skin cream is one of the best facial creams i have used. I also really enjoy the rice cleanser. Overall i really like the products and feel like they are worth the money.

  • Unfortunately the dewy skin cream is amazing. I love the feeling on my skin, it smells delicious and it gives such a luxurious experience. It’s expensive but so worth it! I also have tried the kissu lip mask and think it’s just okay. Won’t be repurchasing but I do love the brand!

  • I’ve been using this Tatcha Kissu Lip Mask and I genuinely love it. It feels super high quality from the moment you put it on a rich, smooth, and instantly comfortable on the lips. It gives this really nice hydrated feeling that actually lasts, and I’ve noticed my lips stay soft and never get that dry, tight feeling anymore. It’s become a nightly staple for me, and I stand by it!!

  • I’m on my second jar of The Rice Polish. A little goes a long way, so it’s best to be careful and tap out the powder to about a third to half tsp amount. I take care of horses a few days a week and the barn can be rather dusty when cleaning. Airborne debris settles on my skin and in my pores, which especially in the sweatier months is pretty gross. The Rice Powder is a gentle exfoliation polish which makes my skin feel soft and thoroughly clean without feeling stripped. My skin is fairly normal, only sensitive to stronger astringent cleaners, however “gentle” cream based cleaners always leave my skin feeling like I need to wash it again. The Rice Polish strikes the balance of a thorough cleaning without being overly rough. Tatcha is a higher price point than what I would normally spend however given this jar lasts for around six months when I am mindful of how much I use, it’s worth the cost.

  • I’ve tried various serums and primers from TATCHA and it’s OK. I don’t feel like I saw a difference after using the primer or the serums for many months. But it may work for your skin type better than mine.

  • If you’re looking for a luxury cleanser that leaves your skin feeling clean, soft, and hydrated, especially if you have normal, dry, or combination skin, The Rice Wash is a strong pick. If your skin is very oily, highly sensitive, or you want a high-intensity exfoliation in your cleanser, you might want to pair this with another product or consider the cost vs need. From the first use, this cleanser felt like a spa moment in a tube. The texture is a creamy soft-cream that lathers gently without bubbling into heavy foam. It uses finely milled rice powder along with a pH-neutral amino-acid base, Okinawa algae, and hyaluronic acid to cleanse while still treating the skin gently. If you’re expecting deep exfoliation or overt “scrub-like” sensation, this won’t deliver that, it’s more about gentle smoothing and daily ritual than aggressive polishing. After rinsing, my skin felt clean and smooth, not tight or stripped. In fact, the post-wash feel was hydrating and calm, something I’ve found rare in cleansers that claim to do “more than cleanse.”

  • This is a really nice potted lip balm. It has a unique sort of jelly texture. Which also makes it really pretty as a lip gloss for your makeup look. But I keep it in my bedside table because it’s great as that last step right before you go to sleep. Like a little treat yourself moment.

  • Tatcha is my top face brand that I’ve been using since they’ve lunched. My classic must have is the water cream moisturizer. It leaves my skin quenched & smooth. It easily blends melting into skin with moisture. I’ve paired that with th texture Toní & cleanse with deep cleanse & I’m good for my day.

  • I got a product sample from Sephora. For a $200+ moisturizer, I was expecting to get better results. Been using it for a week now. The texture is light and non greasy but I feel like it doesn’t do anything. I’m good with my drugstore skincare products tbh

  • I love the packaging of Tatcha. The Declwy Water Cream is my favorite. It’s so lightweight and hydrates my skin so well without feeling oily or greasy. I also love the lip mask. It’s one of the only lip treatments that properly hydrates my lips.

  • I adore TATCHA skincare products, they are one of my top skincare brands!!! The matcha cleanser is perfect for girlies with combination skin/acne prone. It is gentle yet hydrating. They also love to work with content creators!

  • The Tatcha Dewy Skin Mist is one of those products that makes me feel like I actually know what I’m doing with makeup. A makeup artist once told me to use it before and after doing my makeup, and it completely changed how my skin looks - super glowy and healthy without being greasy. I’ve gone through multiple bottles at this point, which says a lot because I’m usually not loyal to beauty products. It’s pricey, but every time I use it, I’m reminded why I keep repurchasing. It’s like an instant “put together” button for my face.

  • I got this product as a sample from the company, but I love how glow it makes my skin. It gives my skin instant glow and it hydrates my skin so much that I can go the whole day without a bearing any make up and my skin will still feel dewy. It is a little expensive, but definitely worth buying.

  • What was GOOD about this product?….. EVERYTHING!!! I have not strayed from my “holy grail” cleanser for over 10 yrs until I tried this cleanser. I love everything about this. It removes makeup, spf and just everyday dirt. It is super hydrating and doesn’t make my skin feel tight afterwards. The ingredient list and the background of this product is amazing. I have repurchase this many times and will continue to.

  • Tatcha Dewy Skin cream is high end and quality. It’s not cheap but definitely worth it. My skin was left hydrated and beautiful. You only need a small amount of product because a little goes a long way.

  • Besides the container being really adorable, the products are 10/10. Expensive, but worth the price, it just feels light and soft on your face. Tbh when I first got these I didn't even know what made them so wow compared to other moisturizing creams and didn't expect to like them as much as I do. I have the minis, but I'll buy the regular size.. eventually.

  • I bought this because I was looking for a stick I could use for a few wrinkles. I wanted a stick so I could just swipe it on and be done with it. This did not happen with this stick. After using it between my brows and on my forehead it looked greasy. I even applied moisturizer over it and rubbed it in and it made no difference. I used a blotting sheet after getting done with my skin routine and it was covered with grease.

  • Really high quality products. Gentle and effective. I’ve tried several and really liked the vitamin C. It’s light and absorbs easily. Although it did not correct my hyperpigmentation, it did make my skin brighter which was noticeable by others! The brand avoids harsh formulations, so you can really expect to treat and nourish your skin.

  • A lot of their products are expensive, but the Kissu lip mask is exceptional and worth the price! I use this lip mask in the original color daily at night, and I wake up with the softest lips. I think it helps soften the texture throughout the remainder of the day as well. It has no strong scent, so if you prefer fragrance-free products, you'll like this. At first, I hesitated because it seemed like a lot of money for a small jar, but I'm impressed with how a little goes a long way. In the picture I've uploaded, you can see that most of the jar is still there, and this is after I've been using it daily for two months. I can see one jar easily lasting me 6-9 months, maybe even throughout the year. Highly recommend adding this to your nighttime routine. This also makes a cute gift, especially if you're making it self-care themed.

  • Creamy, luxe gel with visible rice bran beads (fine, not scratchy). Skin looks *brighter* after one wash (rice bran gently exfoliates dead cells). Leaves skin velvety-smooth – no tightness or dryness (thanks to hyaluronic acid + silk extracts). Perfect for daily use (beads dissolve quickly – safe for sensitive skin).
