The one positive about this product is that it taste really good, which is surprising for a lip balm with SPF. Besides that, it's complete inability to absorb into my skin made it uncomfortable to use because it just stayed as an oily layer on my lips.

Love the scalp sunscreen. I ALWAYS get sunburnt on my scalp where my part is and this product SAVES ME!! I got it for my dad to apply to his bald spot and he always enjoys it. It’s so easy to apply and pack in your bag. My dad throws his in his golf bag! I was hoping that I’d like the SPF chapstick more but it has a weird after taste so I no longer use it. 

Our "go to brand" for sunscreen!  Extra bonus it is also reef safe!

Sun Bum products smell AMAZING and their package design is super cute. They've been launching more and more types of products over the years, I'm happy to see them expanding. The brand is very well known at this point, but if you haven't tried it yet, then try it! Products are reef safe & cruelty free. They also offer a variety of application methods from lotions to sprays to roll ons. I dig the variety of options. 
For reference, I regularly use their sunscreens both body and face, lip balm with SPF, and purple shampoo. 

Sun Bum is a local company to me and it has been awesome to see them grow over the years. They now have awesome products in every industry which is awesome! I also get to hear stories from friends that work there about their amazing chemical processes and quality controlling.

Overall, I love Sun Bum as a grab-and-go sunscreen option. Are there higher quality sunscreens I would suggest? Yes- But I love having Sun Bum in my bags for quick trips to the park or some volleyball. I recently purchased the Coconut Organ Oil for my flyaways as well and have loved the quality and results of the oil on my hair during the summer months as well. The scent is fresh and light and their packaging is quality!

Their zinc based sunscreens work well. Like most zinc based sunscreens the don’t blend in very well. 

From roll on to spray to stick form, I haven't found a Sun Bum product that I didn't like. The SPF 70 spray and SPF 45 face spray are by my front door so I don't leave the house without either spraying them on first or taking them with me if it's a longer outdoor outing. They also smell really good, kind of like a banana coconut smoothie.

I have tried body sunscreen and I love itt. It doesn't feel sticky when applied and absorbs very quickly.


Only  brand  that I buy for my family since it is free of harsh chemicals and good quality. I feel like it’s OK as a base before putting on make up and not too sticky. it’s nice to see that it is on sale at target and Amazon often.
