Sun Bum’s Scalp and Hair Mist is another of their products I’m grateful to have found. My husband and I both use it. It’s good for hair that may fade in the sun as well as for the scalp in areas of thin hair or parts.

4.4
Sun Bum earns strong reviews for sunscreens that reliably prevent burns, absorb quickly, and deliver a signature beachy, coconut-banana scent, while offering formats from sprays and lotions to sticks and scalp mists. Reviews also flag drawbacks: some lip balms taste bad or feel oily, certain formulas can sting eyes or irritate sensitive skin, and mineral/zinc options don’t blend well, though many still praise the fragrance, ease of use, and broad range.

Sun Bum’s Revitalizing Protect and Repair Oil is the newest addition to my Sun Bum Collection. It adds extra repair and sun protection and my hair looks healthier with it. They say a little goes a long way and that’s so true! I put a few drops in my hair, especially on the ends after washing it. I also use it between washes on the ends of my hair to add moisture and shine. I don’t use much but my ends aren’t fading as much. I’m definitely happy with my purchase!

I love Sun Bums heat protector! I put it in after I wash and towel dry my hair so I can comb it through. It keeps my hair healthy and safe as I blow dry and straighten it. I also use it in between shampoos and don’t find my hair getting too oily, which was something I was concerned about. The smell is also wonderful, like a coconut based sunscreen. I’m an overall fan of the heat protector and Sun Bum in general.

The Sun Bum Sunscreen Lip Balm in Pineapple is a great product for the most part. I love the scent, which isn't really a plain pineapple smell, but rather a tropical, almost coconutty pineapple smell. But the taste is awful. You'd think that they would make sure a lip product tastes halfway decent. Nope. Other than that, it feels nice on your lips and goes on effortlessly. It kind of melts onto your lips the way coconut oil does. So it doesn't have the consistency of most other lip balms. It's very thin but feels nourishing and softening. I guess that's thanks to the Vitamin E. I can appreciate the SPF aspect but don't see it being enough of a deal to make sure I grab this specific balm when out in the sun. The taste really is hard to deal with.
