Reviews mention

  • Buttery-soft fabric comfort
  • Inclusive shade range
  • Flattering sculpt bodysuits
  • Versatile lounge essentials
  • Inconsistent sizing fit
  • Thin, snag-prone materials
  • Rolling-waist shapewear
  • Seam durability issues

SKIMS delivers exceptionally soft, flattering basics and shapewear according to many reviews, but the brand is inconsistent: SKIMS wins praise for buttery “Fits Everybody” intimates, supportive sculpt bodysuits, inclusive shades/sizes, and ultra‑comfortable loungewear, while numerous reviews report unreliable sizing, rolling shapewear, thin or snag‑prone fabrics, seam failures, and poor customer support. Overall, SKIMS is good when you find the right fabric and fit, but buyers should expect trial‑and‑error and variable durability.

  • SKIMS has quickly become my go-to for everything underwear and loungewear! The fit is incredibly flattering, providing support without being restrictive, and the materials are soft yet durable. Whether it’s their shapewear, bras, or loungewear, each piece is designed to feel like a second skin. I love how inclusive SKIMS is, offering a wide range of sizes that truly fit all body types. If you’re looking for stylish, comfortable, and versatile pieces, SKIMS is an absolute must-have! 💖👗

  • It was okay. I think for a brand that sells products that require trying a bunch they should revisit their shipping fee for returns!

  • I really love how comfortable these products are and they help you look your best. These are high quality and a good fit to your wardrobe.

  • I've found some items run small but overall I really like Skims. I have purchased different styles of underwear and I will say, they make the most comfortable underwear that I have ever experienced. I plan to venture out and buy some of their clothing items to see if they are as comfortable.

  • the comfiest bras & panties I own, period. also the tops & tanks are so form fitting & flattering. kim knows what she doing

  • I have bought multiple products in multiple sizes because they were so hard to find a good fit. The high waisted thongs rolled down the second I left the house and I couldn't get them to stay up. I tried different sizes but none of them worked. I tried the high waisted brief and had the same issue. I switched to the bodysuit hoping that would help. I love the material and compression but couldn't find a size that worked. The leg openings cut into your body and make unsightly bulges. If you size up to where that doesn't happen, there's not enough compression in the rest of the bodysuit. I tried the plunge bra for lower cut dresses and tops, but my boobs fell out right away. I wear a G cup so they might work better for people with a smaller bust. I also felt the fabric was really nice and comfortable of the bra. I wanted these to work for me!

  • I am in love with my new black Skims dress I bought. Although it is on the expensive side, it makes my body look amazing!

  • Skims fabrics are SO nice. I admit I was "influenced" into making a purchase and had hoped the product would magically transform my body. Alas, it does not.

  • Quality and fit can be inconsistent but they pieces I have that I love, I LOVE. Super soft fabrics and comfortable bras.

  • It’s become my go-to for undergarments, but everything else I’ve tried has been somewhat underwhelming. It looks and feels great when you first get it, but the material doesn’t seem to be high quality and doesn’t have staying power through multiple wash cycles

  • Overall, the skims items Ive tried and/or purchased have been mid. A lot of the early products were a mixed bag, and I do have to say they've gotten more consistent over time. I tried out a spanx-alternative for them early on. It did what it was supposed to do, which was suck me in and prevent panty lines, but they weren't as thick or "heavy duty" as spanx are. It felt like they werent going to last as long. They're still in my shapewear drawer, but they did not stand up to the test of time, meaning they're stretched out and I need to get rid of them. On the other side of the spectrum, I fell for those iconic sweatpants rom a few years ago, and they have held up surprisingly well! They've been worn and washed to smithereens, and they still have lots of life. I did get the beige colorway, which I think helped with longevity.

  • Skims is my favorite brand. I probably own one of each and every type of clothing piece from skims. I love the colors and I love the material. If you think there’s a dupe.. there isn’t.

  • The hype got me. I ordered three bras on sale, and two of the three were great. I have since ordered one more that I really like, and I have a full cart on the app. The materials are really nice and soft. Definitely read reviews for the fit of each item. I ordered my size and the size suggested by the site, and they both work.

  • The feel of skims is nice I’ll be honest, it does snatch your waist the way it should and it’s high quality! Is it worth the price? I think you can find products with the same quality but at a lower price in my opinion.

  • obsessed with this brand. everything looks and feels amazing! expensive but good quality

  • Very light clothing, not much functional. Will not buy again.

  • Unethical owner. Ok product. I have a skims dress, it's comfy but not worth the price.

  • Best body suit I’ve ever worn. I’ve tried others and found them uncomfortable at best and unwearable at worst. The only thing I put on my body when I need any sort of smoothing effect.

  • SKIMs is a terrible brand - they offer innovative products but they are not sustainable in any way and they manufacture these products in sweatshops. Additionally, the quality is not great. Their underwear falls apart quickly and stretches out.
