Our Simplehuman trash can has been a game changer (it feels hilarious to say that about a trash can, of all things!). My dog is the sneakiest at getting scraps of food from seemingly unreachable locations, but our Simplehuman stainless steel trash can has foiled her multiple times. The sleek metal and slim profile also keep it from being an eye sore, and I love the fingerprint-resistant design.

Excellent design and durability. Wonderful stainless steel trash can and other products to make life easier.

We've purchased a pair of SimpleHuman Kitchen Trash bins, trash bags, Wall Mounted Paper Towel Holder, paper towels, and Kitchen Dish Drainer. Due to the comparatively high cost of the trash bags, we opted to not purchase another, we are on our third Paper Towel Holder - which could be improved with a 2nd bracket on the other side and removable pole to change out rolls, the paper towels (although recycled) were rough and scratched the stainless steel products in our home. Overall, unimpressed, but like the look and functionality of the items. The dish drainer the only item we've been 100% satisfied with,.

These garbage bags are foolproof. So is the garbage can they go in. I've been buying them for years and never had one break or leak. Easy to tie up and carry. The garbage can contains the odor and works really nicely with the foot pedal and the lid.

I think all their products are useful and easy to use. I like the simple designs

Great aesthetic and in general higher quality than most other brands. However, they need to step up their environmental responsibility. An electronic foam soap pump in perfect working order except for a worn down lithium battery is apparently trash — so that you’ll buy another one instead of replacing a single part. How many millions of custom plastic trash bags are they selling and no attempt to pioneer more responsible materials? Couldn’t at least a bathroom or office trash bag be made from compostable or more easily degradable materials?

Great, reasonably priced, simply designed products that last. I’ve had several products from this brand, and have been happy with every purchase.

Their waste baskets look cool and streamlined but are cheaper than other brands. I have one in every bedroom and bathroom in my house.

Tl;dr We own two simple human products and have had good experiences with both. The “12 Gallon Slim Hands-Free Kitchen Step Trash Can” happened to be the only thinner trash can that fit nicely at the end of our row of kitchen cabinets. If it wasn’t for that, the price would have scared us off. It has been two years now and we don’t regret the purchase. The can seals tightly and uses regular size kitchen trash bags just fine. It has a “stay open” lever that’s useful when cooking or cleaning up. We wouldn’t have thought to shop for that feature specifically but it’s great. Our other Simple Human product is the adjustable and extendable shower caddy. This, too, is a higher priced item than other choices. But it’s very nice looking in a brushed stainless steel and comes in several sizes. We got medium. Unlike every other shower caddy we’ve had, this one has six million suction cups that actually do their job. And the cups are adjustable in placement so they even work in our tile shower. The over the showerhead fitting is also well-engineered. The whole thing is just…sturdy. It has been a long time since we’ve had all of our shampoo bottles and soap and shower gel hit the bottom of the shower. Pretty happy about that. I’m sorry to read about the poor experiences some folks have had with Simple Human’s customer service. I can’t add anything salient to that discussion as we haven’t had any interactions.yet. I will update my review should that happen.

I got the wall mounted shower dispenser with 3 dispensers. It’s the best purchase I’ve made in ages. Makes it much easier to deal with large bulk packaging.

All of the simplehuman products I've purchased have been high quality. The under-the-sink trash/recycling combo was perfect for our smaller kitchen! My mom asked about it and purchases a similar system for her own home.

Expensive trash can? Yes. A trash can that never breaks or gets to smelly? Also yes. Sometimes it’s worth it to pay the gawkable price when the other options break easily, are awkward and don’t seal smell as well.

The face mirrors are AMAZING. I love that the mirror lights up without touching it and can change lighting when you press on it. Very high quality lights and reflection for the price.

Reviewing for a small trash bin, it is very solid and durable material. I've had it for several years now and think it will continue to last much longer!

Expensive trash can, but I love it. You really get what you pay for with this brand. I had an issue with my trash can and they sent me a brand new one. That is really standing by your product in my eyes. Sticking with Simplehuman for my trash cans from now on, that’s for sure.

The products are on the more expensive side but every item that I have bought from them is great quality, looks great, and lasts a long time.

I've loved everything I've bought from Simple Human. My favorite have been the small trashcans with liners that fit (so you don't see the bag from the outside) and the motion sensor makeup mirror. Everything is so well thought-out when it comes to design and use.

I own or have used multiple products from here, and they seem well made, well thought out and generally "Huh, that's useful.." in nature.

The trashcan is such an upgrade from what I previously had.

I can trust that all of their products are built with quality and they have a modern design. I bought the xl shower caddy and the grocery bag holder that I still use.
