  • I haven't owned a ton of Samsung products personally, but I love my Samsung fridge. It's held up well without ever needing repair, and it works really well! I like that it divides the fridge into different sections, so you can have total control over the temperature in

  • Was a loyal samsung customer until I had a 2 month old 8k QLED tv panel fail. Was accused by some overseas call centre person of damaging it. Made over 8 calls to attempt to get the problem fixed to be told it was our fault ( even though noone has damaged the tv) and we had to pay 100% of the repair ( over $3k). Couldnt even ring me back, instead they sent a txt message saying it was my fault and i had to pay 100% of the repair costs. Was offered a 10% discount voucher if i wanted to purchase another samsung product instead of assisting in repairing the tv. Absolute poor customer care samsung, you have lost a very loyal customer as well as others whom I have shared this with. Have also reached out to samsung for a response or even mediation to which they didnt even acknowledge or respond. Good job and excellent customer service samsung!

  • I have had various Samsung products over the years and have been pleased with all of them. My current Chromebook is made by Samsung and works quite well. I love how quickly it works along with the storage space and the affordable price.

  • Our Samsung TV has truly stood the test of time. We’ve had it for many years now, and it still works just as well as the day we bought it. The picture quality is clear and vibrant, the sound is solid, and the system has been reliable with no issues. What I appreciate most is how durable it has been—no glitches, no slowing down, just consistent performance. It’s easy to use, easy to navigate, and has definitely proven to be a great investment for our home.

  • I recently switched to a Samsung phone after having phones for years and I am super impressed at how much more efficiently it runs in every way! I am never going back to Apple products. I am super impressed!

  • The rotating art mode is incredible. We have two and couldn't be happier. Do they make TV's with better graphics? Probably. But we don't keep our TV on, so it's delightful to have art on our walls 90% of the time instead of a black square.

  • I got the Galaxy Watch7 as a gift for my brother, and he’s been obsessed with it since day one. It tracks everything — from workouts to sleep — and the fitness coaching features are actually useful. The sleek green design looks so good on the wrist, modern but not too flashy. Honestly, it’s the perfect blend of style and smart features. ⌚💚

  • Samsung devices are practical, durable, and offer great value. My old phone was the blue A32—it served me well for years. The display was bright, and the battery lasted all day. Not as sleek as others, but super reliable and budget-friendly.

  • Samsung always delivers when it comes to tech 🔥📱 From their stunning displays to powerful performance, everything feels sleek, fast, and reliable. Whether it’s phones, tablets, or even TVs — they’re built with quality and innovation. Smart, sharp, and seriously impressive

  • I have had many a Samsung TV and they are reliable but tend to have some quirks and glitches. Solid price point and last for a long time, but not the nicest TV I’ve ever had. I probably have to turn the tv off and on once a week due to glitching.

  • Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 LTE 44mm I gifted my husband these smartwatches, and he’s happy with the health monitoring features: heart rate, sleep quality, and blood oxygen saturation. He likes the workout tracking, the ability to create his own workouts, and the accurate GPS. He also appreciates the design and how comfortable they are, without being too bulky. As for the downsides: the battery capacity is small, and there were some software issues at first, but they have been fixed. The flexibility in creating workout programs is somewhat limited and could be improved.

  • High quality products with adverse functionality

  • I've had four different Samsung phones at this point over the last eleven years. The phones have overall held up fairly well, but I have had issues with the phone's charging port becoming messed up after two or three years on two of them- making them difficult to charge. There's not too much else I can say that's negative about the phones because they've never really given me trouble.

  • I've had a Samsung kitchen appliance set for over a year now, and overall, I’m quite pleased with the performance and look. The refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave have all worked smoothly, offering a blend of reliable functionality and a sleek, modern design. The fridge, in particular, has fantastic storage options and keeps everything fresh for longer, while the dishwasher is quiet and efficient. However, the stove has been a bit of a mixed experience. While it cooks well and heats evenly, I’ve encountered some minor issues that have required part replacements sooner than expected. Unfortunately, Samsung replacement parts can be pricey, which has added up more quickly than I’d hoped. It's a small drawback to an otherwise well-performing set, but it’s something to keep in mind if you're considering Samsung for your kitchen.

  • I own a pair of Samsung Galaxy buds and other than me not being able to figure out how to switch songs hands free, they're great ear buds! Fit snug in my ear and the sound is great too.

  • NOT WORTH THE BUY!! Every Samsung product I have ever bought has operated extremely poorly and not lasted long at all. Washer, dryer, fridge, does not matter, save your money!

  • Purchased a 65" SMART TV and less than a year later, Samsung stopped providing updates and support. The TV, although has the capabilities to be SMART, due to Samsung not updating or supporting the product, makes the SMART capabilities useless,.

  • I love my Galaxy Flip 5. I wish the battery lasted longer, but I love the redesign of the front screen!

  • It’s too bad their electronics LOOK good, because they perform HORRIBLY. I bought a fridge and dishwasher at the same time. The whole reason I fell for the fridge was the built in water pitcher that auto fills. Sometimes it doesn’t fill at all, but 100% of the time it leaks while pouring it. It’s a cheap plastic pitcher, but Samsung’s answer to it when I called? BUY A NEW PITCHER FOR $100. Are you kidding?? Now, let’s move on to the heap of trash that is my dishwasher. The ONLY way to get clean dishes out of this thing is to put CLEAN dishes in. That means, so clean you could put them in the cabinet. In which case….why would I be running them through a dishwasher??? I just emptied the dishwasher, and it is 90% still dirty dishes in there, so now I have to wash it all by hand… Again. And yes, I’ve tried pods, powder AND liquid detergent, and the rinse agent compartment is full. This thing is such a waste of space. Avoid Samsung at all costs. I know that I will for every appliance from here on out.

  • Samsung is my preferred choice when it comes to android. Though their new A series has heating issues, my A35 heats up pretty fast even with basic tasks like browsing or watching a video. But I love the 120 hz refresh rate. Overall a good buy as it has a good camera quality and long battery life.
