Salt and Straw has taken the ice cream game to a whole new level, and I can't help but share my amazing experience with all ice cream lovers out there. From the moment I stepped foot into their delightful ice cream parlor, I knew I was in for a treat. What truly sets Salt and Straw apart is their creativity and dedication to crafting unique and irresistible flavors. And during the Thanksgiving month, they truly outdid themselves with a lineup that celebrated the season in the most delectable way possible. I can't wait to see what other extraordinary creations Salt and Straw has in store. Trust me, you won't be disappointed when you take that first heavenly spoonful.

Absolutely delicious ice cream! The Cinnamon Snickerdoodle was simple yet divine and the Malted Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough was super yummy. These are definitely a treat. Although I do appreciate the craftsmanship and love that goes into the ice cream, a pint does set you back $15 ea.

Enjoy the in store experience. Have been to a few locations, in particular Venice. Great bold artisanal flavors and friendly staff. I like taking pints home as well to enjoy with family and guests.

I was lucky enough to visit Salt & Straw in Coconut Grove, FL. The ice cream is phenomenal - unique flavors, creamy texture, and overall delicious. I tried Pots of Gold & Rainbows, a limited-edition cereal milk ice cream with lucky charms mixed in. It was everything I hoped for as a sugar cereal lover. If you have the opportunity to try Salt & Straw I highly recommend.

Hands down some of my favorite ice cream - really love their unique flavors (especially Honey Lavender and Coffee & Love Nuts) and the fact that they ship nationwide!

Salt and Straw is sooo good--I used to go once a month when living in LA and tried to get at least one scoop of their rotating monthly flavors. They are known for their inventive and unique flavors--some of your favorite salad dressings (think blue cheese, olive oil, balsamic, black pepper) are ingredients that can be found in some of their "classic" flavors of ice cream--but somehow they work?? And if you're not feeling adventurous, they definitely have flavors that are more traditional and have very conventional ice cream ingredients.

The flavors are so unique and delicious. They have things I'd never think of but end up loving. It feels like very high quality ingredients. Its expensive but then I always feel like getting ice cream out is expensive so I'd rather have something I really like.

Really high quality ice cream and very delicious, but all of their flavors are weird and most of the time I can only take a few bites before my stomach hurts because it is so rich. Fun place for impressing a date or trying weird flavors though! Always a fun experience.

Salt and Straw is an experience for your tastebuds. Just walking by the shop gets your senses going! First time I discovered them I was walking past the shop and I had to go inside because it smelled phenomenal. Lines are always out the door and that in itself is a testament to how good they are. The change their flavors seasonally and I look forward to trying them each time!

I love ice cream more than life and Salt & Straw is delicious! Their Salted, Malted, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is my go-to! That being said it is a lotttt and feels very heavy.

Best ice cream ever. I am so lucky to live near several Salt and Straw locations, and it's seriously my favorite thing in the world. I try to go there at least once a week and when I do, it's the best week ever. Their flavors are so creative and fun and the quality is top-notch. If you ever have the chance, do yourself a favor and try Salt and Straw!

I can tell from the other reviews this is not going to be a popular opinion because yes as far as comparing this place to all ice creams it’s probably more of a 4 star but since salt and straw is a premium, “real ingredients” alternative that likes to claim unique flavours, I’m going to compare it to the others of its ilk. I think this place is so overrated. First, I don’t know why, but it is always slow. It’s ice cream, I shouldn’t have to wait 25 minutes for a scoop. Is the tactic to build a line cause other ice cream places are just as packed and they move you through with speed. Second the flavours kind of suck… don’t be different if you can’t crack it. Olive oil ice cream done well is a true great. The one at salt and straw is more like salty vanilla. Everything is overly intense and just doesn’t hit. Third, I spotted palm oil in some of the flavours. No excuse. The least sustainable and most unnecessary ingredient. Fourth, it’s filled with “gums”. Good ice cream that use creamy milk from happy cows don’t need thickeners. Try jeni’s for example. Even hagendaaz a huge renowned brand isn’t packing their product with cheap thickeners anymore. It leaves a weird coating on your mouth. I live two blocks from one and after my fourth attempt at really trying to like this place, I won’t be wasting my time in line here anymore.

Been to Salt and Straw a couple times with friends and family and while i'm not as super adventerous with ice cream flavors as them, it's such a good place to try unique flavor combinations :) I love how each season they have a new list of ice cream flavors you can try and you can try as many ice cream flavors as you want. I feel like part of their design is whimsy and having extraordinary flavors, but they don't lack on quality.
