I have two cups from Saalt and use them every month. I have less cramps when I’m using a cup, so that always a plus.

The leak proof underwear and soft cup are great products. I appreciated the unboxing experience: the packaging and branding are really beautiful. Saalt also does a great job with educating customers and first-time users of its products. They're effective and comfortable.

I bought a menstrual cup on a bit of a whim. I hate tampons, but I thought this would be a better option when I needed that type of product. It is super flexible and comfortable and comes with very helpful instructions.

I absolutely love this company. Not only do they make great products but they also donate, educate and empower girls and women throughout the world. I've tried the leak-proof underwear and I don't know how I lived without them. These are a game changer when you have unpredictable periods. High absorbency and the fit is true to size.

The cup is easy to use and comfortable. It feels good to use cup as opposed to create waste with femenine pads.

I like this brand, the cup feels like good quality, and the colors are great as well. I think the instructions are helpful and it's a good price. I also appreciate the travel pouch it comes in.

I tried their menstrual disc out of desperation for super heavy periods and I’ve never looked back. There was a little bit of a learning curve but I like their hook for removal, it’s fairly comfortable, and I didn’t have any leaking issues. The only thing I’ve noticed is when I get to the end of my period and it’s pretty light sometimes it can start to be a little uncomfortable, but this is usually just a good indicator that I no longer need to use it. I also bought their cup wash and like that as well.

I’ve used their menstrual discs (regular size). They’re my favorite by far and I’ve tried several different brands and styles over the years. What I love about Saalt’s silicone discs is they’re a softer sort of “rubberized” finish that doesn’t grab at the tissue on my insides like some other more “sticky” silicone material. The lip for removal is great. My fingers are long enough to reach but I’ve read other reviews where some people can’t reach it, so something to keep in mind. They stain, of course, but leaving it on a window sill in the sun for a few days will help. You can help prevent staining by washing it with cold water. Warm water sets the stain.

I think menstrual cups are the new thing for sure. They work well, they’re definitely sustainable and save you a lot of money in the long run. It takes a bit of a learning curve to learn how to insert a cup, but removing one is a lot less messy than a menstrual disc. I really recommend this product for girls with a heavier flow, you have to change this way less often than tampons or pads.

I absolutely love Saalt's products. Their cups make me feel so much better about myself and are so much more convienient. I love being able to forget about my period.

Great menstrual cup. The one I reach for more than my Diva Cup and Viv cup. I like the level of rigidity; it’s not too flexible where it doesn’t pop open after insertion but it’s not so rigid that it’s hard to insert. Not much else to say, great product! I love Saalt! I have been using their products for years! I love their impact mission and the intention that goes into each product. I feel confident using my Saalt cup and period underwear knowing that they’re high quality and that the products are ethically made. I have saved so much money on tampons and pads since switching, it really pays for itself in no time.

Prior to knowing about Saalt I had the reaction that lots of people do when they hear the words "menstrual cup". I thought to myself "nope, not for me". After going a few years without a period (kids!) I realized I had a decision to make...so I did some research & learned that Saalt is ticking all the boxes. Prior to using Saalt products, I was hesitant to make the switch to menstrual cups and period underwear, because the switch just seemed confusing and a bit daunting. I made the switch about a year ago after I got my IUD removed and my periods returned and gosh, it has been such a breeze! Several of my friends had tried Saalt before me and warned me of the slight learning curve with using the products, but it was worth it! Their CX team is so helpful and answered any question I had about using my cup. I now use their new Saalt Disc and period underwear (Saalt Wear) and it feels SO good to have a fully sustainable period! I no longer fear starting my period and I honestly forget about my period now because these products have been such a game changer!

Where to even begin? I have had nothing but great experiences with both Saalt products and the Saalt Customer Experience team. When I got my first cup, I matched with Saalt on an online quiz; it was the first one I ever used and I was definitely nervous. I was so excited to see how much information and help Saalt had on their website! Every initial question I had was answered on the website, and they have great blog where I learned a ton about periods. I also learned that they're a B Corp which is so cool, love love love supporting brands with a cause! After I tried my cup, I had a few questions and issues, just with insertion and getting it to pop open. I'm not usually one to reach out to a company with questions, but I decided to reach out to the Saalt team and omg I'm so glad I did. They answered every question, and made me laugh multiple times! Since then I haven't had any issues with my cup, and I recommend Saalt to legit every person I meet. Who would've thought I'd fall in love with a period care brand?! I also bought their period undies when they came out - these have been major. I love sleeping in them, and they've been a lifesaver on long ski trips. My purple cup is still my fave, but the high-waist undie really gives it a run for it's money!
