    Still continuing to suffer horribly from severe endometriosis pain, chronic pelvic and bladder pain and severe pelvic floor dysfunction. I am also on the birth control pill called SLYND as well. My most recent period was the most excruciating and painful period I’ve ever had since I was little and first started having periods. My last period started Tuesday May 12 and ended less than 2 weeks ago. This period was extremely heavy and had very thick blood clots. I went from a size 1 paid to overnight. I’ve always wanted to be more comfortable when my period comes even though I’m not supposed to have a period since I’m on birth control. I came across this brand which specializes in more comfort during your cycle/period. This is my 2nd purchase with this company and I continue to be happy and comfortable wearing them during my time of period of or for everyday comfort.

    I have been using this cup for a little while now, and I have noticed some big changes. The main thing is, I stopped using pads and tampons that were filled with bleach and chemicals, so my cramps genuinely stopped hurting super bad. The only problem, is it is not the most convenient to take out, especially as someone with long nails, it can leave a mess. Overall though, I do recommend this product. Plus, it is easy to clean.

    I wasn’t sure which size to pick so I got both. I had great difficulty with the larger size. For me the smaller one ended up being the best fit. It took a few tries to understand that it doesn’t need to go in the deep and that you will actually hear it pop once it opens up inside . It definitely takes some practice and getting used to. I did have some leaks , but it wasn’t too bad. It was easy to remove. And again you can hear it when the seal breaks.

    I've been using Saalt menstrual cups since 2018. Saalt Cups are comfortable, and environmentally friendly. I can wear my cup for up to 12 hours, then sanitize and put away for my next period. These cups last for 10 years and are an excellent product. I've recently purchased both their leakproof period underwear and their period disc. The Saalt Disc has a higher capacity which means I don't have to empty it as often on my heavy days. The Saalt Wear are a comfortable back up to my cup and disc on my heavy days, and I also love to wear them for incontinence support! I've given away all my disposable pads and tampons and will never look back. Saalt products have completely changed the way I period. I love it that I'm no longer using disposable products and contributing my period waste to landfills and the ocean.

    Feedback

    I would love to see more expansion of the Saalt Wear line! Both in sizes, and in cuts and materials. I really like my Saalt Wear, but I'd love a higher absorbency style as well as a more leisurely style. I'd like to see the Saalt Wear gusset in yoga pants too!
