Reviews mention

  • Transparent, traceable ingredient sourcing
  • Gentle, delayed‑release capsules
  • Pleasant mint or citrus essence
  • Smooth, non‑gritty protein powder
  • Overpowering minty capsule aftertaste
  • Occasional fishy vitamin burps
  • Mixed, inconsistent efficacy reports
  • Wasteful recurring plastic bottles

Ritual earns largely positive reviews for well-sourced, traceable multivitamins, easy-on-the-stomach capsules, and a mint or citrus essence that makes daily use pleasant; many users report steadier energy, less bloating with Synbiotic+, and prenatal tolerance. However, reviews also flag strong mint/fishy aftertaste, mixed efficacy (some feel no difference), occasional bloating or reactions, and sustainability gripes over recurring plastic bottles and hard-to-modify subscriptions.

  • The ritual daily vitamin has been a great addition to my daily routine. The outside of the capsule tastes of mint, which is nice because it makes it easier to take. I've also started taking their probiotic and that's been very helpful for my digestion. Similar capsule taste but easier to me than the multivitamin since it's one capsule only.

The packaging that they ship in on a monthly basis is the terrible packaging that when you open it, tiny bits of thin cardboard fly everywhere. I'm sure it's very eco-friendly but finding an eco-friendly alternative that doesn't explode dust in my kitchen would be awesome.

  • It’s probably expensive pee but I’ll keep using it just in case.

  • Both my mom and I have been taking the Multivitamin Synbiotic+ for a couple of months now. I am on 18+ and my mom is taking the 50+. Who knows how well the product actually works but I'm sure it does have its benefits. I donate blood 3 times a year and I know I don't always get all my nutrients from food so this was a good addition.

  • Excellent branding and they certainly make establishing a vitamin ritual easy, but it feels a little pricey for a life-long routine. (Have only tried the daily vitamins)

    Feedback

Understand the pricing, but not the top of my wellness priority list.

  • Vitamins amiright? My problem to solve: I want a daily vitamin regimen but have no idea what I need nor do I have time to figure it out Enter Ritual - a supplement Brand that makes it super simple: Take two of these stylish multivitamins every day out of this adorable bottle. Running low? No worries, you're on a subscription plan so we'll just keep sending you bottles until you tell us to stop It seems like a perfect match to solve my problem, but after about 90 days of Ritual I'm fatigued. I don't really notice a change in how I 'feel' relative to days when I forget to take my daily dose, and although ritual has given the soft shell of the vitamins a minty flavor, I have noticed that they have kind of a 'sushi seaweed' aftertaste which can be unpleasant

More customization (ie Care/Of) would be nice. I'm not sure if the formulation has anything to do with how I feel after taking the vitamins, but I would have expected better results given the price ($1/day) That said, I would imagine every person responds differently to vitamins so YMMV

  • I got their vitamins- they looked cool, but made me nauseous. The flavor coating is ingenious, though.

  • Admittedly I was skeptical at first. I purchased the headache relief and the upset stomach/heartburn relief. Both were surprisingly effective. Really easy ordering - their website is user-friendly and intuitive. Quick shipping and nice boxing/presentation.

    Feedback

More variety of products. Limited options.

  • Meh - did the trick, but I didn’t love the flavor and (sorry, TMI) they made me burp weirdly. I tried to cancel and it ended up being a whole thing on their site, too, which detracted from the experience.

    Feedback

Easier delay or cancellation features - maybe more customization based off of the customer’s stage (pregnancy, post partum, ttc. etc.).

  • Love the entire experience of Ritual. I use the Men's Daily and not only was the subscription process easy, but the shipping was fast, and packaging was super minimal to reduce waste. Flavor is very strong mint that definitely stays with you (via burps) for a while.

    Feedback

Nothing so far. I don't think I'll be canceling anytime soon.

  • I've subscribed to Ritual for a year and a half and I love it! I love that the subscription is easy to manage + set it and forget it (I never have to think about running out of vitamins) and I love that they have a tightly curated product assortment. I like the lemon flavor of the prenatal vitamins and I found that taking Ritual vitamins before bed I never got the nauseous, upset stomach I sometimes got from other vitamins. I love the clear bottle packaging, and I've even repurposed them to be little shaker toys filled with colored rice for my daughter. :-)

I was really excited to try the new postnatal vitamin, but I'm going to switch back to prenatal because the mint flavor kind of grosses me out. I think a cute gift with purchase sometime could be a smaller branded bottle/package for taking vitamins on the go when you're traveling!

  • I appreciate that they make a simple essential vitamin and you don't have to take several different pills to get the nutrients you need. However, I disliked the mint flavor. It lingered too much after taking the vitamins.

    Feedback

They should make a version without the mint flavoring.

  • Have used Ritual multivitamin for years and would recommend! -Subscription is easily shipped so you don’t have to remember to refill -If you struggle to take pills or vitamins, the mint scent/flavor makes these easier to swallow -Flexible hold/cancellation policy

  • I used the prenatal subscription. I had one issue with the canister being damaged, and the customer service was helpful in fixing the issue and sending a replacement. The pills are fine and don't have a gross aftertaste, but there wasn't a difference to me for the price.

    Feedback

    Not a competitive cost

  • I’ve tried both the multivitamin and the protein powder. I had a severe allergic reaction to the multivitamin. I have no idea what ingredient caused my reaction. The vitamins taste terrible. Mine was a mint flavor but it also has fish oil in it so it was like swallowing a minty fish. Not good. They have a subscription service. I ordered 3 months worth of MVI in my first order and they all expired within 2 months of me receiving the product so the last bottle would be expired before I was able to start it. They have really good customer service. They gave me a credit for the third bottle. The protein powder is great. It’s a pea protein powder. Vanilla flavor. I use it in my overnight oats. I’ve tried mixing it in their shaker bottle but it’s very hard to mix because it clumps together and to the sides of the bottle. The taste is pretty good compared to other protein powders.

    Feedback

Take the flavoring out of the multivitamins. It’s not necessary. Add more protein powder flavors!

  • Because of the beautiful packaging and unexpected scent/flavor, it actually makes me want to take my vitamins everyday!

    Feedback

Wish it was slightly less expensive, but I guess you pay for quality & transparency.

  • I love the vitamins; the taste is great, and I feel a lot more energetic when I am taking them consistently. I would like to try their protein powder, but struggle to justify the cost of it all.

  • Great aesthetic, convenient subscription, but not worth the price. Other multivitamins have more nutrients, with science supporting them, at a fraction of the cost

    Feedback

Either add more to the vitamin, or lower the price.

  • I was a ritual subscriber for about 6 months in 2019. I loved the ease but quickly felt like the cost just wasn’t worth the benefits. I feel my daily multivitamin does the trick without the pretty branding

  • I’ve taken their multivitamin, prenatal, and now postnatal. Easy to take and remember to take, and I haven’t really gotten sick so I think it’s working? I love that I’m getting all the basics I need, nothing more or less
