I liked how organized and communicative they were. I got updates from start to finish, and the turnaround time was exactly as they said on their site. The product looks and feels high quality lightweight but strong.

Really happy overall! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that shipping took a bit longer than expected (still within their FAQ estimate though). The product itself is excellent, feels durable and professionally made.

Loved that they made the impression process so foolproof. I was nervous I’d mess it up, but they include extra materials and super simple instructions. The final result was a perfect fit, smooth, clean, and really well-finished.

This is by far the best night guard I’ve bought. The ones I had before were more expensive but nowhere near the quality of Remi’s.

Barely notice it when I sleep, but it still feels sturdy enough for my grinding. Fits really well and doesn’t slip around at all. Honestly, it’s the perfect mix of comfy and durable.

Love that I got to choose the thickness. I went with the thinner one for comfort. It feels super light but still does the job. Took just a night or two to get used to it, and now I barely notice it’s there. Honestly, I sleep way better knowing my teeth are protected.

My guard came back perfect and fits way better than the one my dentist gave me.

The kit came with backups, and support replied fast when I had a question.

Good product, much better than over-the-counter self molded dental products. Highly customizable, easy at-home impression molding process, and good subscription management. However it is still much thinner and less durable than what your dentist would make for you. I only this product when I travel and use the dentist designed one at home.

I decided to try Remi night guards after I cracked two separate crowns in a 2 month period. Sigh. They send you a kit so you can take impressions and the instructions are easy to follow. You get 2 guards so you have the option of ordering a top and bottom if you'd like. I like that you can choose the thickness of the guards. I chose the middle option and they are still very thin. They are not super tight to your teeth like the ones from the dentist so they are easier to put in and out.

I've needed to wear a night guard for years and have tried numerous brands. Remi was one of the easier brands to setup. It took a little bit longer than I expected to break in but after about 10 days it felt great. I've been very happy so far.

This review is based on my experience with the company so far, not the product, since I haven't actually gotten them yet (it's been 6 weeks). I ordered from Remi after taking a break from other DTC night guards brands due to poor service and communication. I've seen a lot of ads and positive reviews for them so I decided to take a chance. I probably should have just cancelled this whole thing right from the beginning. My molds arrived within a normal amount of time but there's a step in the process in which you have to take photos of them, email them to the company, and wait for a reply confirmation to proceed. This step (waiting for the reply) took 3 days. Then I had to email them new photos, wait for another reply, etc. That step took about 8 days. I was kind of shocked thinking it was going to be somewhat automatic, but I continued with the process anyway, thinking it was somehow good that it's real people reviewing the molds. I mailed them back and have now been waiting over six weeks for the guards. I've emailed a few times asking for updates and gotten slow responses with vague answers like "We're almost done on creating your nightguards." and "You should receive an email with the tracking number once your guards are on its way." (Direct quotes) No more information, no proactive updates, and no timing on when I will (if ever) receive them.

Fantastic Customer support. Great response times. The guards also fit great and give a nice cushion for clenching/grinding.
