Great experience with staff - all professional walked me step by step through the impression process and my guards fit perfectly decently quality but I wish they offered 3mm full acrylic guard because sometimes imma heavy grinder but the price is fair and the quality is accurately described. I did select a rush package which was delayed due to USPS but in conclusion Remi did their part.

I have been using nightguards made by Remi for many years. I recently decided I should do new teeth/bite impressions because it had been 7 or 8 years since I last did that. They send you all of the materials and instructions on how to do the impressions and then you must send in photos to ensure they are done correctly. I had to re-do them because I wasn't quite getting it right. After my second attempt they had me schedule a Zoom session with one of their dentists and then sent me new materials to do more impressions. The zoom call made all of the difference and I got it done correctly. The dentist was extremely helpful! I expect to receive my new nightguards soon. It is this kind of focus that I appreciate about Remi. The nightguards come in several thicknesses and several configurations. I prefer to get two top guards instead of a top and a bottom guard. I appreciate the option to choose these things to suit my tastes. My only criticism is that they are a small business and the turn around time can be much longer than I like. To avoid this problem I suggest ordering well in advance of needing a new set or pay for the rushed processing and shipping.

I have been a Remi customer for over a year now. I have severe TMJ since I was a teenager. I have been through all sorts of mitigation including thousands of dollars in various night guards from dentists, dental specialists, and other doctors. I have been medicated and treated in more ways than I knew existed. About 8 years ago I had given up on a solution and just started repairing and patching my dentist’s night guard since I could no longer afford the cost of a new dental lab night guard every few months. Then I came across an ad for Remi. It was a different concept to me. Instead of the cost of seeing a dentist for impressions, they sent me a kit to make my own. They even did a Zoom video call with me to help me get the perfect impression. My mouth is pretty big, but even with that they were able to get a quality impression on our first call. I had been wearing an upper guard for 50+ years, but I ordered an upper and lower to try them out. The cost was a small fraction of what my dentist was charging. In a couple of weeks I received my new night guards. The fit was amazing- much better than my fit with the dentist. My dentist always had to use a grinder to adjust the fit, but my Remi night guard was perfect right out of the box. The Remi guards look thin and flimsy, but they definitely are not! They hold up to my grinding much better than the ones from my dentist. I wound up wearing the lower guard more than the upper. This also seemed to reduce my grinding- maybe because they are thinner and more comfortable. After using Remi, I would never dream of using any other night guard.

I’ve been using Remi for my custom impressions for my night guard, for close to 5 years now, I wanna say, and they’ve been amazing. Their customer support is fantastic. The product is very affordable and fits phenomenally and I’ll probably never leave. I highly recommend Remi if you’re a grinder like myself.
