I have been dealing with jaw pain from grinding for about two years. I purchased Remi bite guards because they were half the price of the ones from the dentist and had great reviews. Well ….jaw pain no more, they are wonderful! Since wearing them I haven’t had one headache or jaw pain. It’s a miracle and I’m so thankful that I found Remi! I will be a customer for life!!!!

I bought nightguards from a few pharmacy type stores and they were not working well for me. I was reading through reviews for remi and gave it a shot. I will say doing the impression wasn't a fun experience, but it was no different than any other company doing the same thing. The instructions were well written. My top guard I had a hard time and when it came it didn't fit- they send a new mold & replaced it free of charge. They are durable for sure and my set usually lasts 6 months or more if I clean them right. Not only do you get two guards of any combination you want, but you also get a case. These guards have saved me from destroying my teeth at night. I highly recommend. Shipping took a little longer than stated but they informed me they had moved in to a bigger facility and were a little behind from the transition. Either way I highly recommend!

I have LOVED this product so far and am so thankful that I found remi instead of going with my dentist. It's been about 4 months that I have been using them and sometimes I even forget I am wearing them. I love that I can whiten my teeth overnight while protecting them as an added bonus! The customer service was on point!! I had some trouble getting my mold right and they were very informative by email and phone to help me get it correct. My dentist wanted 4 times the amount that these night guards cost me. I grind my teeth bad and had to do something but did not want to spend a fortune. This was the perfect solution with great quality and I have noticed jaw pain relief as a result!

These night guards are so comfortable and way more affordable than the dentist. The impressions are very easy to make and what is so rare and exemplary is the company. After you make the Impressions they have you send pictures of them to see if they look good before you send them. It takes very little time to get them back and mine felt a little off, so they immediately sent me another set of impressions to make . The second pair fit like a glove, The company is so attentive and caring. The whole experience was great.

I used to grind my teeth at night and these night guard have improved my sleep at night. I have already ordered 3 times with REMI since last year. Good quality!!

This is a trustworthy company with an excellent product. I have worn a mouth guard for years and my dentist charges in excess of $500.00 for one guard. Remi provided me with 2 guards for slightly over $100.00. They fit perfectly and I couldn’t be more pleased with the product and the customer service.

This review is based on my experience with the company so far, not the product, since I haven't actually gotten them yet (it's been 6 weeks). I ordered from Remi after taking a break from other DTC night guards brands due to poor service and communication. I've seen a lot of ads and positive reviews for them so I decided to take a chance. I probably should have just cancelled this whole thing right from the beginning. My molds arrived within a normal amount of time but there's a step in the process in which you have to take photos of them, email them to the company, and wait for a reply confirmation to proceed. This step (waiting for the reply) took 3 days. Then I had to email them new photos, wait for another reply, etc. That step took about 8 days. I was kind of shocked thinking it was going to be somewhat automatic, but I continued with the process anyway, thinking it was somehow good that it's real people reviewing the molds. I mailed them back and have now been waiting over six weeks for the guards. I've emailed a few times asking for updates and gotten slow responses with vague answers like "We're almost done on creating your nightguards." and "You should receive an email with the tracking number once your guards are on its way." (Direct quotes) No more information, no proactive updates, and no timing on when I will (if ever) receive them.

At first I wasn’t happy with the material because it felt softer than I expected. After messaging them, they offered a firmer remake that works much better for my grinding. Appreciate the help even though it started rocky.

I was frustrated when my impression got rejected twice. felt like I was doing everything wrong. Their team reached out, guided me step-by-step, and the third try came out perfect. Reached the finish line with a good fit.

The nightguards are top quality at a fraction of the cost typical for such an item. The customer service is top notch, always making certain you have the product on hand and sending emails on specials regularly.

My order was delayed because of the carrier and I felt like no one was replying. When they finally got back to me, they apologized, expedited shipping, and added a small discount for the trouble. The final product works well, so credit where it’s due! 😁

This company is very professional and they really take pride in their job. They want to make sure that the customers are happy with their purchase and for that reason they go above and beyond for them . The prices are reasonable too. The guards fit perfect too.

What I love most is the ultra-thin design, it saved me from those bulky, uncomfortable options I used to struggle with. This one feels so natural and lightweight that I barely notice it’s there. It still gives me full protection without sacrificing comfort, which is exactly what I needed. Easily the best night guard I’ve tried.
