I was unsure if my impressions would be accurate. The instructions helped a lot. Everything turned out fine. Much easier than expected.

I have been using a Remi nightguard for years. I am a chronic night grinder and it really helps protect me from headaches as well as tooth damage. Comfortable to wear and a custom fit. Customer service is quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns. I have a subscription so I get a new nightguard every 6 months.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as a first-time buyer. The steps were easy to follow. Nothing felt overwhelming. Ordering was simple.

I was stressed when I reached out for help. Customer service was calm and patient. They guided me through the issue. Great support.

I thought my order might be delayed when I didn't see movement right away . Customer updates clarified the Timeline. The package arrived within the estimated window. In the end shipping went smoothly.

I questioned whether it would last long. After weeks of use, it’s still holding its shape. No cracks or wear so far. Quality exceeded my expectations.

I joined Remi about 3 years ago since I wanted to try a lower jaw night guard instead of an upper that I got from my dentist. The whole process, from doing the mouth mold at home to receiving my first set of upper and lower guards, was very smooth. All together I've gone through about 4 sets (spacing out the new deliveries), and also recently ordered the daily electronic cleaner product which is really convenient. I really like the Remi guards as their thinness is comfortable for me. But, my dentist told me that due to my particular hard teeth grinding I really need to use a thick upper guard. Sooo, unfortunately I'm back to that one provided by him. Nevertheless, if it was just up to me, I'd still be using the Remi's :)

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company warrants transparency for future customers. What should have been a straightforward order took over two months to fulfill, marked by inconsistent explanations and shifting narratives. I initially ordered one top and one bottom, only to be told later that “we weren’t able to create a night guard that meets our standards for both comfort and protection” and that my order would need to be changed to two bottom guards instead. However, when I did not want that and it became clear that changing the order would require them to send additional product, they suddenly claimed the original mold was workable after all. That contradiction alone significantly undermined my confidence. Communication throughout the process was disjointed and unreliable. I was told my item was actively being made, then later informed it was not. I was assured the order was shipping on an expedited timeline, only to then be told there were internal bottlenecks causing further delays less than 24 hours later. Each update contradicted the last, leaving me feeling misled rather than informed. Most concerning is that after this prolonged and confusing experience, the company is now refusing to allow me to cancel my subscription without additional charges, despite their repeated failures to deliver as promised. Delays happen—but inconsistent information, retroactive explanations, and inflexible policies in the face of company-caused issues are unacceptable. The overall experience felt less like a logistical hiccup and more like a pattern of poor communication and questionable transparency. I have read other reviews that mirror my experience since this all happened. I would strongly encourage potential customers to avoid at all costs.

I honestly thought the process would be a hassle, especially after messing up my first impression. Turns out it was super easy to redo since they included extra putty. The final guard fit perfectly and my jaw already feels better in the mornings.

I ordered Remi retainers after Invisalign. They sent me an impression kit and the process to order retainers was very simple and efficient. I kept reordering and they always fit great! Highly recommend!

I've ordered nightguards twice from Remi and have been very satisfied with my experiences. They are thick and last a long time. They actually recently contacted me to receive my nightguards again for just $99, including a blue light toothbrush sanitizer and whitening foam. They have good deals here and there, and good products. I will say though, the price of nightguards has really seemed to go up over the years. I only get good deals now because I've purchased with them before.

Hello all, I ordered a Remi impression kit to make a mouth guard to relieve TMJ and prevent teeth grinding. I had a problem making impressions with the first kit, bottom impression was perfect the top was not excepted but it was not a problem Remi sent another kit no charge and a Zoom link with a dental professional after her guidance my top impressions was approved and I sent in to be made. I was notified every step of the procedure and within days my order was being sent back. Being able to pick a top and bottom or two tops which I chose made it even better and they keep your impression on file in case a future mouth guard is needed just notify them. Very happy with Remi.

I really appreciate the service I received. I had diffulty doing the molding but Remi helped me out and they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. very high quality. I am on my third pair. I definitely recommend using Remi

The comfort and fit are excellent, and it’s easy to wear all night without issues. It’s made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep. I finally feel rested and pain-free in the mornings.

I purchased Remi’s ultrasonic cleaning device in May and by September it had completely stopped working. A device at this price point should last far longer than three months. When I reached out for help, I was told the warranty is only 45 days, which is shockingly short for an electronic product that is meant to be part of a daily routine. Instead of offering solutions, repair options, or even advice, customer support simply directed me to buy another one. That is not support, that is a cash grab. The dismissive response was even more disappointing than the device failing so quickly. If you are considering this product, be aware that the durability is questionable and the company does not stand behind it. I will be purchasing from a different brand that values both product quality and customer care.

Teeth were whiter after use so it works :) After the first time I sent in my molds, I was accidentally sent a night guard instead of a teeth whitening kit. I reached out to customer service and they immediately sent me a brand new kit - they were so lovely and quick.

I have been dealing with jaw pain from grinding for about two years. I purchased Remi bite guards because they were half the price of the ones from the dentist and had great reviews. Well ….jaw pain no more, they are wonderful! Since wearing them I haven’t had one headache or jaw pain. It’s a miracle and I’m so thankful that I found Remi! I will be a customer for life!!!!

I bought nightguards from a few pharmacy type stores and they were not working well for me. I was reading through reviews for remi and gave it a shot. I will say doing the impression wasn't a fun experience, but it was no different than any other company doing the same thing. The instructions were well written. My top guard I had a hard time and when it came it didn't fit- they send a new mold & replaced it free of charge. They are durable for sure and my set usually lasts 6 months or more if I clean them right. Not only do you get two guards of any combination you want, but you also get a case. These guards have saved me from destroying my teeth at night. I highly recommend. Shipping took a little longer than stated but they informed me they had moved in to a bigger facility and were a little behind from the transition. Either way I highly recommend!
