I have LOVED this product so far and am so thankful that I found remi instead of going with my dentist. It's been about 4 months that I have been using them and sometimes I even forget I am wearing them. I love that I can whiten my teeth overnight while protecting them as an added bonus! The customer service was on point!! I had some trouble getting my mold right and they were very informative by email and phone to help me get it correct. My dentist wanted 4 times the amount that these night guards cost me. I grind my teeth bad and had to do something but did not want to spend a fortune. This was the perfect solution with great quality and I have noticed jaw pain relief as a result!

These night guards are so comfortable and way more affordable than the dentist. The impressions are very easy to make and what is so rare and exemplary is the company. After you make the Impressions they have you send pictures of them to see if they look good before you send them. It takes very little time to get them back and mine felt a little off, so they immediately sent me another set of impressions to make . The second pair fit like a glove, The company is so attentive and caring. The whole experience was great.

I used to grind my teeth at night and these night guard have improved my sleep at night. I have already ordered 3 times with REMI since last year. Good quality!!

This is a trustworthy company with an excellent product. I have worn a mouth guard for years and my dentist charges in excess of $500.00 for one guard. Remi provided me with 2 guards for slightly over $100.00. They fit perfectly and I couldn’t be more pleased with the product and the customer service.

This review is based on my experience with the company so far, not the product, since I haven't actually gotten them yet (it's been 6 weeks). I ordered from Remi after taking a break from other DTC night guards brands due to poor service and communication. I've seen a lot of ads and positive reviews for them so I decided to take a chance. I probably should have just cancelled this whole thing right from the beginning. My molds arrived within a normal amount of time but there's a step in the process in which you have to take photos of them, email them to the company, and wait for a reply confirmation to proceed. This step (waiting for the reply) took 3 days. Then I had to email them new photos, wait for another reply, etc. That step took about 8 days. I was kind of shocked thinking it was going to be somewhat automatic, but I continued with the process anyway, thinking it was somehow good that it's real people reviewing the molds. I mailed them back and have now been waiting over six weeks for the guards. I've emailed a few times asking for updates and gotten slow responses with vague answers like "We're almost done on creating your nightguards." and "You should receive an email with the tracking number once your guards are on its way." (Direct quotes) No more information, no proactive updates, and no timing on when I will (if ever) receive them.

Placing my order was easy from start to finish. Everything was laid out clearly. The process didn’t feel overwhelming. I was very satisfied. 🙂

The guard feels durable and secure when worn. It doesn’t cause gum irritation. The smooth finish makes it easy to sleep with. Quality really stands out.

Shipping took a few days not sure what happended to the carrier, but communication was clear from start to finish. The package of my guards arrived safely and well-packed. Nothing was damaged. Totally worth the wait.

You guys have been absolutely amazing! You always wonder if things are too good to be true considering the cost savings of the product. It was definitely worth every penny. The customer service was outstanding and that’s hard to come by. It’s the staff that really sold me. You guys rock!

Nervous about making mistakes with the mold. Remi’s clear guidance made it perfect on the first try. They the best in telling yall please try them out. I was nervous at first about molding my mouth and then I was like forget it

I've been a longtime teeth grinder at night and have loved the Remi product, not just due to the simplicity in the process, but the costs as well. I'll be a lifelong customer because it's helped to reduce the damage to my teeth.

Absolute worst company ever - BUYER BEWARE - They offer a discount on the retainers if you sign up the subscription - BUT BEWARE - its a $40 DOLLAR cancellation fee if you want to cancel it even when online it all says that you can "cancel anytime" yes- that's true - but for a pricey hidden fee! THIS IS ALL AFTER I HAVE WAITED MORE THAN A MONTH FOR MY RETAINER AND HAVENT GOTTEN IT YET - this company is predatory - PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I THEN SAID I WANT TO CACNEL EVERYTHING BUT THEN THEY DONT REFUND YOUR MONEY UNTIL YOU SEND BACK ALL THE SUPPLIES THEY SENT WHICH YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR - CRAZY!

Shipping wasn’t perfect because the carrier took my package to the incorrect apt#, but the way customer service handled the situation really stood out. They took responsibility and fixed the issue quickly.
