Great customer service, great products! Easy to modify subscriptions and they're always friendly and helpful. We use the toilet paper and paper towels.

I’ve been using Reel for about 3 years now. The quality has always been consistent, the shipments prompt and the communication forthcoming. As a subscriber, you get a text reminding you when your order is about to go through so there is no surprise, and your box is always there when you expect it. More importantly, that’s 3 years of zero plastic wrapping from my TP and using a much more sustainable source for the TP itself. Bonus, their paper wrapping is super modern looking and it definitely matches my aesthetic. Love, love, love.

Grateful had already set up subscription account for delivery of Reel Toilet Paper before the pandemic instigated toilet paper hoarding hit the stores supplies & Reel was able to continue delivering without issue! Glad to be able to continue small part in using sustainable products like Reel. Their Customer Service is excellent!

Reel makes great products! I have tried other tree-paper alternatives and this is the best. The toilet paper is both soft and strong, paper towels absorbent.

Love the packaging, the mission, and the toilet paper itself is a great texture. Easy to use subscription feature.

Started with the toilet paper and now on paper towels too. I love that they're bamboo and work just as well. Feels good to do such a little thing to help out the environment. They send you plenty of heads up to any changes (cost, ship dates, etc) and are very responsive when it comes to assistance needs. The price is also great and they even came through during the great TP hording of 2020 and ensured my wife and I were set.

Convenient and high quality. I love the slogan/phrase printed inside the box, "Sit down for what you believe in." Easy ordering, and it's all even EASIER with autoshipping. The text message service to stay on top of upcoming orders has been a life(budget)saver since I don't get to my emails as frequently on the weekends.

The paper is soft yet strong. In fact, I gave rolls of the paper out at Christmas. My brother liked it so much that he got a subscription.

Reel is my favorite bamboo paper products brand! Their quality (both strength and feel!) are excellent. I actually prefer them to traditional paper products for quality in addition to purchasing them for sustainability reasons!

Quality TP that’s a joy to wipe with and makes me feel more environmentally responsible. Also arrives quickly.

Love this tissue and last long because I don’t have to use much!

This is excellent quality tp. It is thick and soft (but not too soft), absorbent and doesn't leave lint where it shouldn't be. A little goes a long way. In fact, I have had to adjust my membership a couple of times to reduce the frequency because it lasts longer than other brands.

Overall pretty nice brand. The paper could be a bit softer, given it’s made from bamboo, but I appreciate the sustainability of the product.

I’ve been subscribed to reel for two years now and I have no reason to ever change that. I love getting 🧻 delivered right to my door and knowing I’m supporting a rad, black owned business. Also their commitment to avoiding plastic is 💯. It’s also just so cute that I don’t feel like I have to hide it around the bathroom!

Love this brand. Happy that it is sustainable and still super soft. Loved the fact that we signed up prior to the pandemic and not once was a shipment missed. The company focused on making sure current subscribers where taken care of.

We started ordering tp from Reel shortly before the pandemic, and our first box came just before lockdown. Fortuitous timing! Love the convenience of getting our rolls delivered. My husband goes through rolls faster than I do, but there's enough in one box to cover our asses...literally...lol for months at a time. Paying for convenience: Fine with that! Quality of roll: Honey, I've traveled all over the world. This is not the softest, but it certainly is not the hardest or scratchiest I've ever used. Not complaining at all. It's tp, not a cashmere sweater. Plus, I've never had a problem with pipe back ups, like I had with, say, Charmin, which is really plush.

I’ve been using Reel toilet paper for almost 3 years and absolutely love it. Not only for the convenience of having a subscription that’s sent automatically to your front door on whichever schedule works best for your household (everyone needs toilet paper!) I love it because it’s better for the environment, no plastic and no paper!! I love that they come individually wrapped, it’s great for storage and making sure that it doesn’t get dusty sitting on the shelf. The toilet paper is soft and it’s strong, I always recommend Reel to anyone willing to listen, you can’t beat the price and convenience!

I never thought I’d be one to order toilet paper but wanted to give it a try. The fact that it’s made from bamboo was what initially sold me. The quality of the paper is what kept me. It’s not too soft so fibers and tears stick ‘places they shouldn’t’ but it is strong enough to do the job.
