Reel earns strong reviews as a sustainable, bamboo-based toilet paper that works: it’s consistently described as soft enough, strong, absorbent, and lint-free, with many users switching permanently. Reviews also flag weaknesses—several find it less plush than top national brands, occasionally thin or a bit rough, with smaller rolls—and note some prefer a softer, thicker feel.

Quality toilet paper, quality company! The perfect thickness, doesn’t leave pieces behind, and is soft enough, not scratchy. The packaging is great, and recyclable. And the timing of the auto ship is perfect for us.

No complaints at all!

I love this toilet paper. It creates virtually no lint which keeps the bathroom so much cleaner. Other tp brands would have the area around my tp holder looking like it snowed and also irritate my skin. This stuff is strong and I think it's plenty soft. Also love that it is made from sustainable bamboo!! I buy it at Target when it's on sale and get a great price.

I've had a great experience with the toilet paper so far. It's very strong, and I like the fact that its made from bamboo instead of trees. Honestly, the best part about it is that I can order it and it comes directly to my house, every few weeks. I don't have to put much effort into shopping for toilet paper anymore, and I feel good about doing it now.

I didn't have any issues, soI don't have any feedback on improvement. You guys are a great company and I sure do appreciate what you're doing for the environment.

Love having the option for more environmentally friendly paper products! The quality of product does not suffer due to it being bamboo and it works with my septic system. While it does cost more, I find myself using less anyway.

Not a thing!

I was highly skeptical of bamboo toilet paper when I first tried another brand. It was starchy and thin (though softer than I expected). When the TP shortage happened during 2020, I tried Reel. It was both available and a black-owned business. I was so surprised! This is 2-ply, soft, and just as good as an toilet paper I could buy in the store. Since that time, I haven't purchased anything else. All of the packaging is recyclable or compostable, which is also important to me. Now that I can get Reel at one of my local big-box stores, I like it even better since I don't have to wait for it to be shipped.
Feedback
My only suggestion would be that Reel offer bigger packages. We used to buy our TP in at least 24 roll packs, and I would appreciate the ability to purchase it less frequently.

I love the toilet paper! Truly one of the easiest and best switches I’ve made to be more sustainable at home!

The box is big. They sell smaller boxes through Target but would love a smaller subscription box

Easy to order and easy to use (open box, wipe butt)
Feedback
I guess if someone wiped my butt for me it would be an improvement but I don’t need to share that activity with anyone.

I’ve been using reel TP for over a year now. I love it! The quality has only improved and having it at target is amazing. I love that for something I have to use, I have a great sustainable, plastic free & paper free option.

I own the Tushy which is a home bidet system as well. That combined with Reel is a game changer. The product is well designed and works great. I use both the paper towels and the toilet paper.
Feedback
At this time I don't feel as though there is anything that I could point out as a need for improvement.

I've had Reel Toilet Paper over a year and am impressed with their quality! I love the ethics behind the brand and the ease of never having to pick up TP in store :)

Nothing at all! Truly love the brand.

I love the concept but the toilet paper looks and feels like paper towels. It is not soft at all. Maybe some people like this feeling but it's irritating to me.
Feedback
24 is a lot of rolls for one person, they should offer a smaller pack size or even a trial quantity (4-6 rolls) so someone isn't stuck with a 6 month supply of toilet paper they don't like
