Reel always shows up on time and we love the product. I love the fact that this company helps to plant trees and save trees and mostly because it's plastic free.

Love it! We use an add-on bidet and Reel bamboo products for a paperless bathroom. The combination is perfect. No trees die, and we are clean and comfortable. Hooray!

I had been looking for a way to limit my paper products usage, or find something more sustainable and came across Reel. I've been a subscribing members since 2021 and haven't looked back. I tried other bamboo TP and paper towels, but Reel seems to be the softest and most durable. I love it!

Started getting Reel toilet paper during the crises during the pandemic when the stores were bare. Since these are from a sustainable source, they still had product to spare, even then! Received the rolls at that time and have been using them ever since. Really like the quality and the right to door shipping. They are also constantly improving the quality and durability of the paper products, so there's certainly more to come from them!

We've been thrilled with Reel for a few months now. The paper is durable and doesn't tear during use. No plastic anywhere in packaging, entirely recyclable or compostable from stem to stern. If you're into the creepily soft stuff, keep looking. But if you're after absorbent, functional paper that you can feel better about, those is the thing for you! We find that we need less of Reel to get the job done, as it were - bonus! Worth every penny.

I have been using reel for several years. It is environmentally responsible, 3 ply, soft but strong, there is no plastic, and it is tree free. We love it. I do believe that the price is approaching a level that makes it less attractive. There have been 3 price increases since we started using reel.

I have been a happy and comfortable customer for some time now. It is a great product that is good for our planet and affordable. The shipping is always on time and when or if you need to speak with customer service they are always kind and helpful.

I love using bamboo paper products that are better for the earth. I also like that it is delivered directly to my door. It was very useful when had shortages at the store. I use the toilet paper and paper towels. They work great.

This is really amazing toilet paper! A roll lasts so long. I love that it's environmentally conscious in its packaging and tree-free. We were using super soft charmin before switching and the switch was easy. The toilet paper is thick, not at all see-through or thin or scratchy. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a customer since 2019, they saw us through the pandemic and have always had great customer care along with their terrific eco friendly product. Easy website and subscription service to use too. Really love their bamboo TP it’s reasonably priced, a nice weight (isn’t flimsy!) and you feel better knowing bamboo is easier to regrow and there’s no plastic waste involved

Fast shipping, appropriate eco-friendly packaging. A little light on total square foot per roll - grove’s rolls have 12 sf more per roll for same price.

It sounds ridiculous but this toilet paper has spoiled me for all other toilet paper. It’s the perfect combination of soft and strong, without leaving behind any of that tp residue. Ladies, you know what I’m talking about. Customer service is also fantastic to work with, I don’t think I’ve ever appreciated a subscription brand more. A bit pricy, but considering the environmental karma points and how long it lasts, it really all equals out in the end.

When we ordered Reel for the first time 3yrs ago. The price was reasonable for fancy boutique style toilet paper. Now, reason why it’s just 3 out of 5 for me is that the increase of pricing is pulling me away as a customer. Sure supply and demand and our economy are just a factor of why they need to increase and it’s understandable from a business point of view. The quality of Reel is without a doubt the best I’ve ever used. Sad that you’re losing a me as a customer.
