Toilet paper is not plush but it s not scratchy either. I like that such a base need as toilet paper is not using valuable trees. The auto-delivery is very handy and it is easy to manage. A new text feature makes it even easier to manage. I signed up during the Covid-19 pandemic but I’m staying because it’s a good product.

I really enjoy their toilet paper, its sturdy and it lasts a long time. I also love that they build toilettes for communities in need. I also love that they offer free shipping and that the carbon emissions are offset. I love how they text me to remind me of my shipment and they also allow me skip the shipment in the text messages.

I feel using sustainable products in our day and age is the best way we can help our world and that’s what this toilet paper from real does. It is soft and being 3 ply efficient. Big generous rolls too.

Been using it for well over a year now. Used to subscribe but now easily pick up at Target. It has perfect texture and price, and the husband actually agrees, whereas he has not with other choices I have made him try. Price point is fine, too. Will never stop using. Wish they could use our bamboo from our yard to make it so we could get rid of all the bamboo! :)

I love the quality of this paper! It has the thickness of 2 ply but it does not split open or crumble as some softer papers do.

Love the TP. Because I get regular deliveries I had no idea that there was a TP shortage at the beginning of Covid. I really like their bamboo toilet paper. I’ve tried their bamboo paper towels and didn’t really like them. Then they changed to recycled paper paper towels and though I like the texture better they are not very strong. Maybe they try one more time and they will get it right.

I really like the toilet paper and paper towels. They are high quality and the cases are a convenient way to purchase this for me. I love the text reminders and the ability to change orders via text.

I started my subscription to Reel back in 2019. When TP shortages were happening in 2020, I never had to worry about mine. And since the rolls are individually wrapped in paper, it was simple for me to share a few rolls with others. I appreciate that the boxes are always delivered straight to my door (which doesn't always happen where I live) and it is easy to adjust my shipment schedule. The TP is good quality and thick. It's not super soft, but no one in my family of six minds that. It's completely plastic free. I've also tried their paper towels. I do prefer the newer recycled paper version over the original bamboo version as they are noticeably softer.

I’ve been using Reel toilet paper for a couple years now and it’s fantastic. The subscription model is super easy to set up and rely on and I don’t have to haul any giant packs of TP home from the store or worse, forget to buy it when I need it. The quality is great and I love that there’s a charitable aspect to each purchase I make. One little thing that I love about it is that the starter sheet isn’t glued to anything, it’s easy to start a new role without wasting any torn paper.

I am a tp subscriber. Great quality. Soft enuf, maybe even better than what paper I had been using. Happy to recommend it.

I started using Reel TP in 2019. I’ve been trying to have more sustainable products in my home and bamboo toilet paper was one of them. It’s soft high quality paper and I like that no trees were cut down for producing them. The only reason I gave 4 start is that they no longer offer “unwrapped “ TP. It may be due to COVID but I wish they bring that back because it’s less trash that way ( I do put those in recycle bin but not sure if it’s recyclable?)

Great toilet paper. I don’t use much toilet paper but this stuff stays right by the toilet.

Good standard toilet paper. Not as soft as some of the other brands, but I am willing to put up with that because I am saving trees.

Great toilet paper. It was recomended to me by my siblings as a way to incoperate more sustainable practices into every day life. While I first tried out Reel for the environment, it is an amazing product and I cannot imagine buying another toilet paper anymore. Is very strong and has a wonderful texture. Some toilet papers go overboard in softness while Reel is the perfect level and does the job extremely well. Delivery is fast and very convenient.

I have ordered reel tp for the last 2 years and I am not planning to switch to any other brand. Sustainable tp + plastic-free packaging + excellent customer service! I use the subscription, and like that, they send me a reminder before the next delivery, so I can delay if needed.

This product checks all the boxes: It's a high-quality, sustainable product that contains no inks, dyes, scents or plastic packaging. The company is Black-owned and, for me, local. (I live in CA.) The founder is originally from Nigeria, and for every box of toilet paper purchased, Reel delivers a biodegradable toilet to someone in Africa for instant use. No "proceeds donated to..." but a tangible, immediate benefit. The subscription service is easy to manage, especially since my college age kids come and go so our needs ebb and flow.

Reel provides essential paper products reliably and efficiently. We've never had a shortage and love the quality of the paper in addition to the knowledge that we are treating our environment in a good way.

I love how much they care about the environment and how they are making changes to every day home necessitates. It’s affordable and such good quality. They care about their customers opinions.
