TP and paper towels do the job and are made from renewable resources. They are not scratchy and they do not pill when used. No plastic in shipping. Subscription is very convenient. Great customer service.

To be fair the TP is not as soft as the softest TP available and the paper towels are not as thick as the thickest paper towels available. However, both are more than good enough to make up for the difference given the use of bamboo vs paper.

It is as strong and soft as any toilet paper I have tried. It is sent right to my door. And mostly I love it because it is environmentally friendly

I have been so pleased with this company. Not only is the toilet paper excellent quality, the customer service has been amazing. The subscription service is easy to set up and manage and everything has been very user friendly!

When I first started using the paper towels they came in tightly wound rolls and lasted a long time. It was such a great deal. The last few times I have received my order the paper towels are visibly loosely wrapped. I realize that inflation has been having an impact on many things but my understanding was that as a sustainable product, it should be less of an issue. I would have appreciated at least an email or something explaining why the sudden change. I still use Reel because it is environmentally friendly, but I do not feel like I am getting as good a deal as I did early on. In case you are wondering, yes, I am looking at alternatives.

I wanted to reduce paper consumption and tried multiple bamboo TPs. This is the only one that didn't feel like cheap commercial TP. This feels like a normal brand of TP, but is from the more renewable bamboo! Shipping was incredibly fast. Ordered on a Friday morning and had my shipment the next afternoon

We were on a quest to eliminate/minimize plastics one room at the time. Started using Reel 1 yr before the pandemic and haven't looked back. The auto delivery is great. Able to stop and start as needed without issue when out of town for extended periods of time. Family uses it regularly. Like the company has worked to improve texture, etc. and reduce pricing.

I have skin sensitivities and don't like fragrances in my toilet paper...but, I also don't want rough and uncomfortable paper. This product hits EVERY metric I care about, including being environmentally conscious, well-made, convenient, and good for my skin. I highly recommend this to friends and family. I really appreciate such a great company being an option for me, and love having it come by mail. I don't even have to think about it, but can also revise shipping if I need more flexibility.

From the product perspective, love the paper towels and the toilet paper. I subscribe to both so the orders come in regularly when I need them without having to think about it. I also like the user experience, I get regular reminders before I'm charged for a shipment and can easily adjust the delivery dates if needed. Obviously I like the plastic free shipments, no wasteful plastic film covering everything and then sitting in a landfill. I can compost or recycle all the packaging.

I've been wanting to buy sustainable tissue and paper towels for a long time and gave Reel a try. The box lasted forever! Tissue was durable and paper towels were comparable to other major brands.
