We are very pleased with Reel toilet paper, we switched over more than a year ago. It's important to us that it's made from a very renewable source, bamboo. It is stronger than most other types of toilet paper, and it's really a plus that it doesn't tear or fall apart while using (like paper).

I loved the ease of ordering and discounts. This company really helped my family during the pandemic esp since my college aged kiddo needed tp to be delivered to the dorms. Unfortunately, big block retailers nor their same day courier companies at the time would not deliver to the dorm. Not only did they have supply availability and ease of ordering….they also had wonderful packaging as well. Each roll was individually wrapped for ease in storing and for use.

I found out about Reel in August of 2019 and thought that I'd give it a shot. I knew that bamboo is 1) extremely fast-growing, 2) easily sustainable, and 3) a very strong grass, which makes it easy to turn into paper. Reel also works with SOIL, an NFP which has been transforming waste into useful resources in Haiti since 2006. I liked Reel well enough that I had already been using it and was an established customer by March of 2020, and I never had to worry about having enough toilet paper. It's 3-ply, lint-free, strong, and does the job. It's now almost August of 2022, and I still use Reel TP. Not only that, but I use Reel Paper Towels, too! They'll give you a heads-up (email, and text if you've given them that option) to let you know that you'll have a shipment going out in 3 days so that you can make any last-minute changes - you can delay your delivery up to 3 weeks or skip it altogether via text (without signing into your account) if you opted into that. The whole system is pretty convenient!

Great packaging and a really good product at a fair price

Lint free and soft. Auto delivery is perfectly timed. The packaging is minimal and recyclable.

I use reel because it is an environmentally good choice. I also use it because it is strong but soft enough. We have a bidet toilet seat, so strong is a plus.

If found Reel during the Great Toilet Paper Shortage of 2020 and I was pleasantly surprised. An excellent product, thoughtfully produced and the prices were real, no price gouging as was so common at that time. Their customer service was friendly and honestly I felt like I found this gem of a company during a really bad time. I gave their information to a couple of friends and I could not have been happier with the whole experience. I will purchase from them again.

Great toilet paper. I’ve used 2 other recycled brands and I appreciate that Reel is 3 ply and sticks together. It’s soft enough but doesn’t flake or leave dust everywhere like Charmin. I tried their first round of paper towels and I didn’t like them, so I sent feedback and they listened! They changed the “formula” which is much appreciated. Not to mention it’s just nice to have all your TP for the quarter mailed to you and you never have to think about it.

I love it. No virgin paper, but you’d never know. No plastic! Soft but not in that weird way that leaves paper behind. Strong enough. Right amount of thickness. Subscription is super easy to navigate.

The concept is great - I love how easy it is to switch out an everyday consumable to a more sustainable product AND I love that it's an auto-ship because toilet paper is something easily forgotten on a shopping list... and not something you ever want to run out of! I especially appreciate how they've added text message reminders of upcoming shipments so I can adjust if needed.
