amazing product, communication and shipping

I tried out the subscription after hearing about Reel Paper on a podcast. The website was very user friendly, and ordering was really easy. My first package shipped quickly, and the tracking provided was super accurate. I got a text a few days before my next box was supposed to ship, and since I wasn’t ready for another shipment, I was easily able to postpone it via text, without even having to log into my account. I got another text when it was ready to ship again and I was easily able to confirm it, and again, shipping was super fast.

I am in the process of making my purchases greener, primarily by avoiding plastic. Reel is a sustainable paper in a recyclable box delivered to my door. What I didn't know when signing up is how easy it would be to respond to text messages or email to adjust my subscription as needed. That's really helpful and I'm not sure why others aren't doing it.

Their toilet paper is very thick and sturdy for environmentally friendly TP. Every little detail is so environmentally conscious and I really appreciate it.

This company is amazing. During the height of the pandemic, Reel was one of the few companies who not only had toilet paper available for their customers, but they also didn't raise their prices due to demand. The packaging is nice. The toilet paper is strong, eco-friendly and does not shed lint. 5 stars!

Love the product, soft and sturdy

Good product. Soft and firm, doesn't break like some thin toilet papers. Rolls are packed tight so that they get more on a roll too. High quality in my opinion.

I was surprised to learn that my standard toilet paper was coming from old growth forests, so I started testing out toilet paper made from fast growth forests like bamboo. There are a lot of reviews and a lot of brands out there, so I went through three other brands before I tried Reel. This is my go to now. It's soft enough, but also resilient enough, a mixture I could not get from the others. I have it on subscription to automatically deliver in bulk, and I am very happy.

I have used this product for over a year and I love it! I love that they are chopping down trees, or using plastic to wrap the rolls in. It’s is soft and does the job quite well and the wrapping and empty rolls are recyclable. I hope they make facial tissue soon!

Amazing quality, love the texture & softness. The packaging is premium & I even leave it out on display in the bathroom! So great to feel good about a tree free paper option!

I compared this to what bamboo products I can buy from my local natural foods store. I found it to be "scratchy" and non-absorbant. I will use up the balance of what I ordered and will not order again.

The very first time I put a roll of reel in our bathroom, my husband commented "this new toilet paper is great; I didn't poke a single finger through!" I love that it's bamboo and no trees are harmed in the production, and I always support Black-owned companies when I can.
