I've been a loyal quip user for several years and used to tell everyone to get a quip. However, after 2 broken brushes and realizing the "electric" part of it is pointless, I'm planning to switch to a real electric toothbrush soon The good: -2 minute timer with 30 sec reminder changed how I brush my teeth -Beautiful, sleek design -Autoship for new heads and batteries is convenient -Good customer service when I did have issues The bad: -Despite following directions, the brush head is nearly impossible to remove. As a result, I've broken two separate brushes (crack in a part that connects the brush head to the base, which caused the head to not stay on). I contacted customer service after the first break and they did replace it. After the 2nd I just replaced with one on sale at Target. -It's marketed as an electric toothbrush, but is simply a regular brush that vibrates. I've since learned that a true electric brush you don't brush, it does the work for you. If you are concerned about gum health and have a hard time brushing lightly, you probably want a "real," (unfortunately much more expensive) electric brush. I'll be making the switch soon.

I love my Quip toothbrush I have a smart pink one. My Quip toothbrush actually went bad. It kept running out of battery way too frequently so Quip sent me a new one free of charge. You also get points for brushing your teeth which you can use to redeem rewards.

I used quip for a few years and I think it did the job but I did end up switching to a different brand because I worried that it was not structured and operated in a way that delivered as thorough of a cleaning as I’d like. Overall if you are looking for an affordable electric toothbrush with a subscription option to take the guesswork out of when brush heads and batteries need to be replaced, it’s a good option. Sleek design.

The thing that bothers me about this is the holder, which gets a bunch of grime in it and then you can’t clean it

I love my quip toothbrush! It is sleek and works well. The battery life lasts forever and the parts are easy to switch in and out as needed.

I love the design, the packaging, and the luxe feel of the toothbrush itself. But unfortunately the vibration doesn't cut it for my dentist, she says the minimal vibration isn't enough to actually do much more than a traditional toothbrush. I would definitely try any other products by Quip since I love the brand itself! I WISH the toothbrush was approved by my dentist because it's hands-down my favorite toothbrush I've had, but I've gotta do right by my teeth! If they made a version with a spinning brush head I would 100% buy it!

My favorite toothbrush ever. It provides a great cleaning, with no nose-tickling feeling I've gotten from other electric toothbrushes. Compact, stylish, and easy to travel with!

I travel with these and they always always mold. The cap allows almost no airflow

Had the toothbrush for like 2 weeks and it just started intermittently stopping while I was brushing my teeth.

Two years ago I would have given quip five stars, recommending them to all my friends and family. The build quality of the product is good enough, and they have a fairly straightforward subscription management service where they send you a new head and battery at regular intervals. But after consulting with my dentist and having several cavities pop up, the promise of this type of electric toothbrush is not what it seems. You need to get much more motion with the bristles, either by hand or by an electric toothbrush that rotates, than the quip provides. Simply vibrating doesn't provide enough brushing motion to remove plaque, and almost is deceptively effective leading you to get a much lower quality brush.

My dentist told me that, for some reason, his patients that have been using this toothbrush (including me) experience gum damage.

Cutest design ever and actually works 10/10

I've been using a quip toothbrush for a year and a half now. I have subscribed to receive new toothbrush heads in the mail which is really convenient! The design is sleek and easy to keep clean. Thought its not a powerful electric toothbrush, it is great for timing your brushing. My only complaint is that when the head starts to wear down, it really wears down. I have had the plastic tongue scraper on the back start breaking off in my mouth (yikes). This could easily be solved by replacing the head more frequently. The packaging is sustainable and recyclable. It is great for an affordable electric toothbrush.

I have used a quip toothbrush for the past year with generally positive results. I like that the vibrations are timed for two minutes, so I remember to brush my teeth an adequate amount of time. The color options are nice, and I appreciate the option to choose a plastic or aluminum case. This is the only electric toothbrush I have used before, so I can't compare it to other products on the market. I wouldn't say the vibrations seem to clean my teeth better than a normal toothbrush, but the bristles do hold up well. While I enjoy the toothbrush, I wouldn't necessarily say it is any better than whatever else is currently on the market. I did get free toothpaste with my latest replacement toothbrush head, and I have really enjoyed it so far.

I REALLY wanted to like this company. Aesthetically pleasing, seems to be more eco friendly, and convenient subscriptions. Unfortunately for me the product just didn’t work well brushing wise, mechanics wise, and it took me multiple attempts and emails to get cancelled. I will give an added bonus for the lifetime warranty - but you WILL need it.

A very sleek design that is travel friendly and resembles a familiar shape of a normal toothbrush. This makes it so accessible and easy for anyone to pick up and use, without awkwardly packing a charger for your toothbrush or having it take up too much space in your bathroom. I really enjoy using this - the battery lasts for so long. I've used quip for about 3 years now and don't see myself ever buying a different toothbrush.

I used a Quip toothbrush for a while, but stopped once the brush died. I forgot to order a new battery and didn’t care enough to stick with the quip brand. To me, it’s similar to any other electric toothbrush

Innovative product, nice to have an electric option in a travel friendly size. Overall I didn’t find it gave me the best brush. I like this if I’m traveling for a few days, but not for everyday use.

One of my favorite toothbrushes! My kids love them!

I love how sleek & modern they made an average everyday product! These brushes are great and the autoship refills make life simple. I love the two minute timer and the ease of brushing. I have had multiple issues with their brush heads snapping, however, but their customer service has been great every time!
