Poppi earns largely positive reviews as a satisfying soda alternative that tastes close to the real thing—standouts include Raspberry Rose, Strawberry Lemon, Orange, Ginger Lime, Doc Pop, Classic Cola, and Cherry Limeade—while many praise the light, crisp fizz and perceived gut-friendly prebiotic/ACV benefits. Reviews also flag weaknesses: a noticeable stevia or “diet” aftertaste in some flavors, variability by flavor (cola/root beer polarizing), occasional flatness or low carbonation, and that several drinkers don’t feel meaningful gut effects.
AI summary based on Thingtesting reviews
I've always been on the lookout for drinks that are both delicious and healthy, so when I stumbled upon Poppi Soda, I was eager to give it a try. Poppi promises the flavor and fizz of traditional soda while infusing the benefits of apple cider vinegar (ACV) and other natural ingredients. After trying a variety of their flavors, I can confidently say that Poppi lives up to the hype. Poppi offers a range of enticing flavors, from classics like Cola and Root Beer to fruitier options like Raspberry Rose and Strawberry Lemon. Each can is a burst of unique, delightful taste. My personal favorites are the Orange and Ginger Lime—the former is a zesty, citrusy delight, and the latter carries a refreshing kick that’s perfect for a midday pick-me-up. One of Poppi's main selling points is its health benefits. Each drink contains a small amount of apple cider vinegar, which is known for its probiotic properties and digestive health benefits

Love the aesthetic of the cans! The Ginger Lime definitely had a stevia taste which isn't my favorite, but overall a great fun drink!
I've tried a few different flavors of Poppi; my favorite is raspberry rose. I don't love soda, and I really love Poppi because of the flavors and how lightly sweet it is, which makes it especially refreshing. I'm excited to try more flavors! (I'm giving it 4 stars because one of the flavors I tried tasted a little off, possibly a little medicinal.) I love the design and feel of the cans as well--it feels like I'm buying a luxury product rather than just another hippie soda.
LOVE Poppi. This makes me feel so much better about drinking a carbonated refreshment. No sugar spike like from soda. It makes me feel awesome and the flavors are amazing. The beautiful can artwork doesn't hurt either.
They’re ok, I don't really get the hype.
great range of flavors
Poppi is the goat. Rich in flavor but thoughtful nutritional stats. Excellent on the go or at home in a mocktail.
Love this stuff, always enjoy it
Feel good soda option. Great flavors, a little pricey around $2-3 a can.

I tried the watermelon poppi and I did not like it. Too weird of a sweet taste, not like sugar! Won’t be buying again

Poppi’s package is cute. It has a unique taste that combines the crispness of sparkling water with the tanginess of apple cider vinegar and the sweetness of natural fruit flavors. The result is a refreshing and slightly tart flavor profile that is balanced and enjoyable. The specific taste can vary depending on the flavor variant you choose, as Poppi comes in a range of fruity options, such as strawberry lemon, orange, blueberry, and more. Overall, Poppi offers a refreshing and flavorful experience that sets it apart from traditional sodas.
I recently tried Poppi, and I was impressed by their innovative flavors! The combination of delicious taste and natural ingredients in their beverages stood out to me.
This is some of my favorite prebiotic soda. The flavors are amazing, it has a great carbonation level that isn’t too overwhelming and it doesn’t upset my belly or make me bloated. A lot of carbonated beverages taste great and sugary, but make me very bloated and give me the hiccups, especially when they have probiotics or probiotics. This just doesn’t do any of that. Also, they are a women owned brand, and the evolution of their company has been so incredible to watch. Definitely follow them on social media, you won’t regret that.

Tried a few and liked them
I have tried multiple Poppi flavors, wanting to get on the healthy soda bandwagon, but the flavors are not strong enough and if I am drinking soda I want it to taste sweeter. To me, these tasted like seltzer with a little bit of a kick. The carbonation levels were very good and I did enjoy the level of fizziness. They do have very good packaging, which did get me to buy multiple flavors and try different times, but the price also made it hard to justify buying regularly

We liked all the flavors we tried. Interesting product. Not too many of its kind.
Love the flavor and the fact that this is a good-for-you soda!

Poppi Vs. Olipop 1. Root Beer (Poppi) 2. Orange = Olipop 3. Cola/Coke = Poppi 4. Grape = Olipop 5. Dr.Pepper = Olipop (Dr. Goodwin) 6. Sprite = Olipop Lemon Lime 7. Watermelon = Olipop *Oilpop’s Ginger Lemon trumps Poppi’s Ginger Lime *Poppi has the best classic cola- but the cherry cola is a winner over all. —————————————————————————————————————————— Best exclusive flavor: Poppi: Strawberry Lemon Olipop: Crisp apple —————————————————————————————————— *Olipop has more fiber over all *Poppi has more of an apple cider vinegar taste (it’s tolerable) *Olipop has more of a light sugar cane taste *Poppi is cheaper and more widely available in stores/ club stores than Olipop (A 12 pack is available at Sam's Club $18.88 vs. 35 off Amazon) *Poppi has a bigger Social Media presence so you’re going to see more ads for it *Both go down smoother than regular sodas and pair well with food! I don’t have that groggy feeling after having a big meal paired with a traditional soda *Both are expensive to stay stocked up on *Both don’t offer customizable variety packs (yet) My Verdict: Olipop
