My favorite product is the Tarkar, which adds depth and flavor to any dishes. Personally not a big fan of mung beans or lentils so I'm lukewarm on the other products. But I would buy the Tarkar on repeat.

The Starter Pack from Paro really is the way to go. Both of the boxed grain mixes were excellent in flavor and quantity. It made way more than I originally thought! We are also really enjoying the seasoning oil. Docking a point because the plastic bags inside both of the boxes were broken so the dry goods had spilled out within each box.

This is only my personal preference and does not reflect the quality of the product in any way, but I just did not like the taste of any of the Paro products. This was my first time trying South Asian food, but I guess it's just not for me. I always say it's good to try new things, and unfortunately this one was just a miss for me.

Very tasty and easy to make. If you like Daal, it's a great produc.

This is such a wonderful idea and perfect for quick lunches or dinner. I did find myself adding a lot of additional flavor though, so it felt more of a base than a ready meal.

Delicious! Really enjoyed the two different lentil dishes and the ghee hot sauce is really fun to try in different dishes.

Everything this brand makes was delicious. I was a little skeptical since there isn’t much in the boxes once you open them, but the flavors absolutely deliver. The boxes provided a decent amount of food for 2, but we supplemented it with naan. Both were super easy to prepare, making it an excellent choice for a quick weeknight dinner! The tarka was a great topping and I also used it on popcorn. Since I have to eat a low sodium diet, this was perfect.

Yummy and nutritious, great option to have on hand for last minute meals or as a side dish. It thickens nicely as you continue cooking, so don't be alarmed if it seems runny at first. Not too salty, which I've found with other similar brand options. The only downside in my opinion is the price. Each box runs $10, which I feel is a little pricey for the serving size. I don't think I'd personally pay more than $6 for something like this in the future.

I love the concept and the branding is beautiful. This particular flavor I tried was lack luster though. It majorly lacked flavor which I found pretty surprising but could be tasty with some extra doctoring and garnishing. I would try a different flavor in the future but I hope the product is improved given the price.

I bought Paro online, and I received it a few days ago. I made it, and it was easy to make. I found it to be very tasty and liked the combination of flavors and seasonings. The only con for me is that it is a little bit on the expensive side.

Got the starter pack through a Thingdrop but will definitely repurchase! Very tasty, simple instructions, and each box had a good amount of food for 2 people. And the Tarka tastes great on everything!

Loved the flavor and simplicity of the product, it can be paired with anything. Whole food and good taste!

The kitchari was super quick to whip up with meatballs and a side salad, but I found it lacking in flavor in comparison to other grains. Maybe I cooked it a bit too long, but it could’ve used more tooth (like a risotto). I found it a little mushy. I mixed it amongst other things on my plate to enhance the flavor. I’d be willing to try some other products!

It would be great if I could find Love Paro at my local grocery store since it's an easy and delicious way to make Indian food at home and it's a dish that all my family love. The rice is also very tasty.

Tried the Ktichari and the Tark. I thought they were both delicious. I love the convenience and ease and thought they were so flavorful and delicious. I would definitely buy this again and reccomend Paro products.

Got this as a gift for my mom and she loved it! She made the daal with chives and a fried egg topped with the tarka–delicious! We will definitely repurchase!

Delicious & easy. I put the tarka on absolutely ANYTHING.

As someone non-South Asian, this was such a great entry point in trying to make South Asian food! Cooking was as simple as boiling a pot of water and pouring the pre-washed grains/beans in, that were already flavored. Dinner was made in under 30 minutes- with no prep work at all!! Everything was delicious and well seasoned. I'm thinking of sending this to a few friends who are trying to get better at cooking, because this was SO EASY to make, and quite tasty.

I love the idea and story behind the brand, but couldn't connect to the products. Maybe it's because I am South Asian and have a specific expectation for comfort food, but I didn't find the products matching to my expectations taste-wise. I tried the khichdi and the tadka, and both were disappointing.
