Our Place earns polarized reviews: the Always Pan and Perfect Pot look stunning, clean easily, and the integrated spatula rest, steamer baskets, and thoughtful lid-strainer design impress, but durability falters—nonstick coatings often degrade within months, exteriors stain and chip, handles run hot, and high heat ruins performance. Reviews affirm the brand can work well with careful, low-to-medium heat use and gentle cleaning, yet many cooks report uneven longevity and prefer stainless or cast iron for lasting sear and reliability.

Got this as a gift when I moved into a new apartment. I knew that it was very popular on social media and was excited to try it out but was not at all impressed by it. After only a couple of months of use food started sticking to it/was hard to wash stuff off. Considering the price it would be much better to invest the money this pan costs into buying a set of really good pots and pans.
I bought one of the Everthing Pans, and it held up well for the first few months. After that, it quickly shed it's nonsticky-ness and after a year, I replaced it with an All Clad pan. In my opinion, it was not worth the investment.
ONLY REVIEWING THE COOKWARE: I think their pans look amazing on a stovetop. That's for sure. But, as many people share, this tool is really for amateur/infrequent home cooks. As someone who invests in quality cast irons, bakeware and enamel ware, I wasn't blown away by the quality or performance of the Our Place pans. I think they're better for people with smaller kitchens who really only cook every once in a blue moon. I'd happily gift it to friends in that category or college students! The price point makes sense in that realm

The nonstick material doesn't work well on an electric stovetop, and I find it difficult to only be able to cook on a Medium-Low heat.
Not for a real cook—looks reign supreme and the actual functionality of this product is very clearly secondary. The non-stick stops working after about 6 months (this is my second pan so there's clearly a pattern here) and it can't go in the oven. Waste of money.
Feedback
The only thing that couldn't be improved is the general look and the packaging/branding. The actual functional portion of the Always Pan is severely lacking.
Love my Always Pan! I use it for almost everything!

the best pan we own in the house, looks great, not too heavy, easy to clean, non stick seems to be holding up 4mo in... the pot is also pretty nice
It's definitely aesthetically pleasing! I love keeping it out on my stovetop (even with some staining which is inevitable). I've used the Always Pan for about 8 months and it's still one of my go-to pans for larger meals. I don't necessarily find that it replaces other cookware items, but am happy to continue using it as a fry pan.

I likely wouldn't pay that much again for a pan, but I'm happy to have this one.
I received the pan set as a gift from a relative and find it very aesthetically pleasing. It does clang very loudly when handled a bit more roughly. but it does do the job.
Really great pan - love the color options, the spoon on the handle, the quality, the steamer. People are completely totally obsessed with this pan, and while I really enjoy it, I don't think it's thaaaat amazing as people say.

Lower price!

Lovely design, nice pan. A bit overpriced. The first one I bought got a scratch in it pretty quickly (and I had only been using wooden utensils). Luckily, they have great customer service + replaced my pan free of charge. This one seems to be holding up better.

It's a good no-stick pan, but I don't think its the best. The price is also pretty high.

The perfect pan for a micro-kitchen or any aesthetically driven minimalist. This pan really can replace 3-4 other pans. Cleans like a dream **as long as you maintain low heat temperatures*.

I've had the always pan for a year now and I love it! Easy to clean (I put it in the dishwasher) and no discoloration or cracking. Great for steaming!
I have the always pan and absolutely love it! We won't even use our old pan anymore. It's perfect for cooking on the stove or throwing something in the oven. AND it's so easy to wash! Get this pan.
I love my pan. We use the bamboo steaming tray all the time for dumplings, and it's the perfect size pan to make a batch of pancakes. It cleans up well, and this metal steamer for veggies is excellent.

Gorgeous but doesn’t really hold up - worried about the surface and my longtime health
I've had the Always Pan for awhile, and I LOVE the way it looks!! The spoon holder is also a really nice touch. However, I think the non-stick doesn't last as long as other kitchenware I've purchased and I'm also nervous when cleaning/cooking that I'm just wearing away at it even more. Pans are meant to be used, but I'm not loving that the non-stick is basically gone after only a few months of use.
I bought the Always Pan not long after it first debuted, along with their bowls/plates/glasses. While I love my dishes and they have held up super well, the Always Pan is just not for serious cooks. The non-stick coating is supremely lackluster, especially considering the pan is about as heavy as my cast iron. Making it enamel-coated cast iron or ceramic would be better, but it just doesn't out-perform my professional cookware from Cuisinart/Misen/Lodge. We do use it for steaming more than anything, but any other claims it makes about being able to replace other pans is a stretch. If you are buying it for the aesthetics, then sure, it's nice. But the actual form/function does not live up to the hype (or the price tag) if you want to make magic in the kitchen.

I bought a couple sets of the Our Place dishes – dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, mini bowls, and glasses. Honestly, they're a game-changer. These dishes are solid, they’re so durable and stand up well in the microwave and dishwasher. I've accidentally dropped them a few times and no chips or breaks whatsoever. The stacking design is not just practical; it adds a touch of sophistication and look super sleek in the cabinet. The packaging was also amazing and they included a few eco sponge with the order. Fingers crossed they keep producing these gems because they've nailed the perfect combo of style and functionality.
Aesthetically it’s beautiful. I have 2 of the OG Always Pans, the Always Pot, and the cast iron. After a while food did start to stick to the bottom of the always pan and the one drawback I had was you couldn’t put it in the oven (I believe they upgraded the Always Pan and you now can). Overall I think the brand is good for someone starting out, just moving out on their own, and want to get into cooking.
Great for the occasional cook in the kitchen who favors aesthetics over long-term function. I love how multi-functional it is, but after 4 months of use, the coating wore off and it became almost unusable - even with added oil. The first month or so was fantastic and I was in love with it. If you cook occasionally, this might be for you. I eventually used it up until the pan become discolored (I didn't want to waste it, given the cost!) and tossed it.
