  • It's got a nice weight to it that makes it ideal to cuddle up in. Soft material which surprisingly is not overwhelmingly hot while wearing. I've machine washed it and after a dozen or so times there's a small hole right where the pockets are sewn. PERFECT pocket sizes for phone + remote. The waist tie placement is genius. At 5'1" it fits me surprisingly well, I just fold up the sleeves a little bit and they stay put.

I bought it second-hand, so the price point wasn't really a concern for me personally. But for $300 it's a real "treat-yo-self" kind of product!

  • Like wearing a giant blanket, it's obviously pretty warm so mostly used during the winter. But I love it!

It is a one-size-fits-all, but I find it for be tight around my armpits and a bit short on the arms since I am so tall

  • LOVE my homecoat and it makes me look forward to the colder weather , cozy,, dare I say fashionable and just the right amount of heavy. Not the cheapest item out there but a fun splurge.

  • Bought the homecoat "but smaller" and it fits perfectly (I'm 5'3"). Super comfortable without feeling heavy. I probably wouldn't have purchased if there wasn't a sale, but for someone who works remotely or spends a lot of time at home, it's worth the money.

  • I think if you can afford it, you should absolutely get yourself a homecoat. For the vast majority of people, the homecoat will be the epitome of comfort; the manifestation of coziness. The size and weight of it really do make you feel like you're enveloped in a warm cloud. However, I do say the vast majority of people for a reason - I got the homecoat for my partner, who's 5'7''. I am 6'5'' and the homecoat sadly does not have the same impact for me as it does for her. For me, the sleeves are too short and the length doesn't really lend to the oversized robe thing they're aiming for. So for anyone ~6'2'' and below, this robe is amazing. For anyone taller, I'm hoping they come out with an XL version someday.

Please make a bigger size for the extra tall/lanky!

  • Evenings have been cold, and this silly coat exceeded my expectations. Weighty but soft, cozy and warm. It's a quilt you can wear, and I never take it off. Makes rolling out of bed in the morning easier when you can take the coziness with you. More expensive than I would've liked for this kind of thing, but it's paying for itself in 2023 heating costs (granted, where I live it doesn't get below 40).

So far, no complaints beyond the price, which is about as much as a nice queen-sized quilt. I'll check back in later about how it holds up being washed.

  • Throwing on one of Offhours' Homecoats on a winter's evening makes all the horrible stuff feel a lot less nasty. Honestly, these are so comfortable, I don't want the dark, cold nights to end once they've started. Comfort is king.

  • I absolutely love Offhours! The homecoat got me through the cold New York winter last year and it has definitely become one of my favorite purchases to date. All Offhours products are made from incredibly high-quality, recycled materials -- such a plus!

I'd love a shorter version of the homecoat for warmer fall months!
