LOLA reviews show the brand generally works for users seeking organic, comfortable period products but has recurring fulfillment and applicator problems. • I've been a LOLA subscriber for years now and love that I never have to add tampons or pads to my list of things to remember to buy. I love how each shipment is adjustable and that you can customize the combination of tampons or pads in each box! It's super convenient and I also appreciate that they send you a reminder email before your shipment goes out so you can make any changes needed.

  • These are the BEST tampons on earth! No one can tell me anything else. They are made of cotton, super comfortable, portable and discrete. This may be weird, but I also love the shape of the tampon itself, it doesn't gross me out

  • Best natural tampons I’ve come across yet. Excellent quality and packaging plus they’re affordable and comfortable

  • I LOVE LOLA! The mission behind this brand and the founders have won my heart or should I say wallet? LOL Anyways I love this product, super absorbent and comes in different varieties for all those different times of your cycle. I love how they provide a subscription as well for discreet home delivery. I enjoy the packaging as well which is a simple aesthetic.

  • I haven't tried much but I do use their lube and love! Have used the tampons here and there but am loyal to another brand. Everything is also affordable, and I love I can now shop in stores like Target.

    N/A!

  • I've been using LOLA tampons for years & am not turning back! You can fully customize your subscription box with a mix of sizes to fit your period (subscriptions optional). I switched from their classic applicator to non-applicator to save plastic waste!

    Feedback

I need to branch out more into their other product categories!

  • Was great until it wasn't. Used LOLA for a long time but had to switch to a competing brand when they had a backorder on product. I went over 3 months without my order being fulfilled without a genuine reason as to why from customer support. Had to go on their socials and read others' complaints of dealing with the same issues. Rather than updating their paying customers on the reality of the situation they left us in the dark. This was enough to make me cancel my subscription, no matter how much I loved the product.

  • So far so good! Pretty enough to keep on display while not being obnoxious. Good coverage. Comfortable.

  • I feel like the tampons leak far faster than even other organic brands. I wouldn't say I'm particularly sensitive, but Lola doesn't feel as comfortable as say... a generic brand while inserting.

  • I typically use a period cup, but keep some of these in my purse in case of emergency. Love that they’re not scented and made with organic cotton.

  • Decent! My school stocks these in the bathrooms so I can't say much about the subscription side of things but quality is pretty good.

  • Good tampons, and I love having a subscription so I don't forget to stock up before I need them. Love that they are organic too!

  • I felt the LOLA products themselves were good and I definitely love their mission. Also really like how easy it was to start/stop/pause your subscription compared to many others.

  • THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY MAILING ADDRESS WITH MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO HAVE IT UPDATED IN THREE MONTHS. WITH ZERO RESOLEMENT. BEWARE. I BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ARE BOUGHT!!

  • I started developing rashes and itchyness whenever I used store bought pads or liners, but I have no issues with LOLA! It sucks that period products are not legally required to list the ingredients in them, I can't even pinpoint what causes the issues.

    Feedback

Only complaint: I wish the liners had wings. Sometimes they get bunched to the side worse than certain store brands would.

  • Their products were a huge let down, and my experience has been horrible ordering online. I found the feminine products in store and went ahead and tried them out. They are too organic, as the cotton literally dissolves like a wet cotton ball. I tried to like them but couldn’t get past it. I ordered other products online and paid for expedited shipping/3 day shipping. Over a week later, I have not received any emails other than one order confirmation. I have reached out to customer service twice and have not gotten ANY help whatsoever. They also have a policy saying they will not refund after your order is confirmed. (even though it has not been fulfilled) All of this to say, ladies BEWARE of this brand. I have never been this upset over a company before. Save your money and go for Honey Pot.

    Feedback

Their products are cheaply made and ineffective. Customer service is literally nonexistent, and shipping is beyond slow even when you PAY for expedited. I smell a scam with this brand.

  • I bought this brand of tampons in effort to be more conscious of what I use in and around my body. So far I like this brand and will continue to buy.

    Feedback

I do think the applicator needs help. On multiple occasions, it has snapped in half where I have had to put back together so I am able to insert the tampon.

  • I love the ethos surrounding the brand as I am extremely conscious of what I put into my body However, the applicator is not great, it gets stuck so I take it off completely before insertion. It might be best if they just sold them without it applicator and save on plastic and waste.
