I really like that LOLA tampons are natural but I found they had issues with leakage when you have a heavier flow (even when increasing absorbency). When your period is lighter I feel they work better. But I am also not a huge fan of compact tampon applicators. 

Good tampons, I love that they are organic. I have a hard time finding them in stores though.

THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY MAILING ADDRESS WITH MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO HAVE IT UPDATED IN THREE MONTHS. WITH ZERO RESOLEMENT. BEWARE. I BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ARE BOUGHT!! 

Love their products! Quick delivery too. 

Every so often, I get a tampon whose applicator is finicky.

I think their two best products are their pads and cleansing wipes. The pads are shaped to actually fit in underwear without bunching, and the cleansing wipes don't have any artificial smells. I used to work at the company and continue to order these products even without my employee discount.

I love the fact that they are 100% cotton and wish all tampons/feminine products were, however they do feel a bit pricey and the timing is hard to manage 😅

Liked the idea but it was to difficult to manage the subscriptions via interface and it was one of the more expensive ones I was signed up for at a time. I always seemed to be out of supplies when I needed them because the shipment hadn't arrived yet or was off by a few days. Have since switched to sustainable period management.

Wish the packaging was fully compostable/recyclable (maybe it is?) 

Offer in-store for those that don’t want another subscription service. 

The products are solid and I felt healthy using them (the biggest pro) but after a while, I just didn’t like buying via subscription. Too many subscriptions to track - don’t need it for periods too. Customer service was good, though, which I appreciated. 

I like all their period products, but especially condoms and lube because they do not cause allergies as many other brands do which is a game-changer for me.

I used the 'Water-Based Personal Lubricant', it was great! The natural ingredients make it safe, pH balanced, and versatile for all lubrication needs! The accessibility of the bottle is convenient and handy, especially for travel! 

I’ve been using the Lola Cleansing Wash for a few years now, and the first batch I got was great. More recently I’ve had trouble with the pump not working. However, I just glanced at their website and it looks like it’s been since reformatted so maybe they fixed the packaging issue.

I’m totally happy with my Lola tampons and pads, I feel like they are well made and no frills in a pleasing way.

TMI: I like their regular lube, and opted to use their Fertility Friendly Lube when trying to conceive our now-four-month old. Guess it worked??!

To be fair, most of my experience with these tampons were free. I was a member somewhere that stocked lola tampons and pads in the bathroom so I used them regularly as I went to this place multiple times a week. I felt like they had great absorption and I loved that they were organic (all I use) and unscented. But when that place stopped using Lola, I ordered a few boxes and stopped shortly there after due to a difference of values from the company's founder. I have a few rogue ones left and will use them but never bought any more. 

Honestly one of my favourite tampon brands — I've tried several DTC women's health brands and these have to be a winner. The waterproof packaging, gorgeous colours and ease of use have made me a loyal user!

I want to rate this higher because I love the mission, but I honestly did not love the product. I felt that the tampons were uncomfortable compared to competitors. 

I like their subscription model. Great quality product with a great misssion. 

I didn’t like these, they broke more than they worked

Maybe an option for a refillable container instead of sending new cardboard boxes each month.

I really love this company! I’ve subscribed to the tampons and pads for a little over a year now and am excited to continue to do so. Their products are high quality, flexible subscription options, affordable pricing, and great customer service. I’ll never run out of sanitary products again!

I use their tampons monthly. I love how compact they are and discrete the colors on the branding. 

I also am able to use my FSA to purchase. I wish they ran more promotions and sales. 

I love the brands mission and awareness not to use harmful chemicals.
