I have used Liquid I.V. all throughout college and after into my mid twenties! This drink mix has saved my life after a night out from partying. I swear by them because if I take one before bed after coming home from the bar I am almost guaranteed to not have a hang over in the morning! I have tried the passion fruit and golden berry flavors which I do love! Only advice I would give is split the packet between 2-3 cups of water if you don't want that extra sweet or salty flavor. At first I tried drinking it with only one cup and it was too concentrated, 2-3 cups are perfect! I've used these with colds and headaches and I've noticed that they help with those as well!

The lemon lime is my favorite! This is a great, super hydrating drink! In my opinion, the flavors are a bit sweet and tend to have more sugar than I’d like (sugar-free versions aside), but they are great for hydration purposes.

Yuck! I understand that this is a health product, but I could not get past the taste (lemon lime flavor). I needed an energy boost after being sick in bed all day and ended up pouring it down the drain.

Really great for on the go hydration! I use this while rock climbing or hiking or running - I use it before, after, or even during if i have time. It's super tasty and keeps my sessions running without a hitch!

The flavors are pretty good compared to other electrolyte mixes, but the sugar content is high and the ingredients aren't the cleanest. I wouldn't turn one down, but I wouldn't really seek them out either.

Works as advertised. Flavors are good, texture is interesting and almost gel like, not easy to drink quickly. Hydrates well and never leaves you feeling thirsty.

As a nurse my first complaint is the name. An IV is just salt water (assuming we’re talking about a saline bag). This drink may make you “more hydrated” because it’s water and people don’t like to drink plain water. In my opinion it tastes pretty salty even with the strong sweet flavor. I think the idea that you’re gonna be so much more hydrated from this than just drinking water is kind of silly. I prefer sugar free Gatorade powder or generic brand pedialyte to the liquid IV based on price.

It makes a difference. As a migraine sufferer, I always keep these on stash for hydration. Also a great hangover remedy. The main qualm is the sugar, but I recently switched to the sugar-free versions that are healthier. I still think the lemon lime is the best most refreshing flavor.

As effective at hydration as sports drinks without the unnecessary sugar. I always find sports drinks too sweet and end up watering them down, with this I can get more electrolytes without all that syrupy sugar which is the last thing I want or need when I’m already feeling unwell. I don’t like the flavors as much but they get the job done well.

Honestly, I think it tastes awful and I don't really notice a difference on whether it makes me feel less hungover. Its a no for a repurchase for me.

My husband swears by this and would give it 10 stars if he could, but me, on the other hand…….. I’m not a fan. We buy these in bulk at Costco and are always stocked with these since my husband drinks this ALL THE TIME. For me, I can’t get over the thick texture of the drink, which is something that other brands have as well - so it’s not just liquid IV. I also bought my husband different brands to try (only because they were cuter in packaging), and he hated all of em and always went back to liquid IV. I guess I lean more towards like propel or Gatorade due to texture, but if you don’t mind that, I’d say this is something to try!

omg if you're planning on getting shitfaced and worried about hangovers, THIS IS YOUR CURE. had zero headaches and felt normal the next day!! it's insane and scary how well this worked. i think the lemon flavor is the best but honesty can't do wrong with the others. also tastes SO GOOD after a workout - me and my partner always carry this with us to the gym.

Use these almost daily as part of my post workout. The lemon lime flavor is my favorite. Some people may find them a little sweet like me, so I had a little bit more water. But they do a great job of rehydration.

Liquid IV gets the job done. Whether it's placebo or what, I do feel like my hangovers are more bearable when I've had Liquid IV. I see a lot of people complaining about the sugar levels, but after a night of cocktails that's the least of my concern. Am I drinking it every day for health reasons? No, but it's compact, easy to travel with and gets the job done, what more could you ask for after a long weekend. Plus I feel like they are always doing promotions, so you can just save them up for when you need it. One thing is that some flavors are absolutely not it. I unknowingly had a pina colada flavored one and almost threw up. I would keep it to the neutral flavors and throw it back.

This is a go-to in our family! We have used a variety of electrolytes, but this is by far a family favorite and the ONLY brand we buy now!
