My favorite thing to have at Tracy Anderson!

I really used to enjoy Liquid I.V but I found out they used a lot of unsafe chemicals and sugars in the product. I canceled my subscription. It was a bummer to find out because I really enjoyed the flavors and everything.

Pina Colada is my favorite flavor of Liquid IV, with Yuzu pineapple energy multiplier coming in a close 2nd. I love coconut and was looking for a way to stay hydrated without forcing myself to drink flavorless water that I didn't want to drink. I know that liquid IV actually works because I had to get blood drawn and they couldn't get it because I was too dehydrated. So I went and got a bottle of water, mixed my packet in and was able to drink it very quickly because it tastes so good. 1 hour later they were able to draw, no problem!

I got it from an event to prevent hangovers as it was a huge party. It helped my the next day feel better but still had a slight headache

I love these! I definitely love some flavors more than others. My favorite so far is the golden cherry packet. I recommend giving them a try!!

Liquid IV is literally the perfect hangover cure!! Everytime I drink I’ll take one before going out and then I’ll take another when I come home or the next morning and I feel way better in the morning and not has dehydrated! I think the flavor is pretty good too! I’ve had the strawberry and lemon lime.

The fact that Liquid IV saved my life after a night out with the girls… I didn’t deserve to even feel decent! Me and my crew were able to wake up early the next day and go to a theme park after a night on the town with copious amounts of adult beverages! Ever since that experience, I keep a box on hand and I like trying new flavors. I do prefer mixing Liquid IV with very cold water. I give the taste an 8/10. It tastes pretty good and it works wonders!!!

In 2021 I got sick due to covid going around my job. One of my co-workers recommended I try liquid IV to help with hydration. She brought one in for me to try and I was hooked. I've been buying them in bulk from Costco ever since. 10/10 would recommend.

A huge perk to the Liquid IV packets is that they contain a lot more powder than some of the alternative options out there, so the drinks can either be more flavored or more water can be used. These are super easy to use and convenient to carry around. I love a lot of the flavors but especially tangerine. They also frequently put out new flavors that are fun to try. Great for when you are feeling dehydrated and need a quick pick-me-up.

Have been using Liquid IV for a couple years now when I need to hydrate quickly. Perfect before and after a night of drinking! My go to flavor is passion fruit but I like acai berry too. I would use everyday if they were a bit cheaper.

I absolutely love this brand. I was having issues with dehydration and just not really wanting to drink water through the day. This fixes my issues and helps me stay hydrated and alert

Chefs kiss🫶 I love this stuff. I drink it every morning before my coffee. I started drinking it when I was pregnant because you have to drink so much water and it’s so good. It didn’t make me sick or anything. I still find it delicious and the best hydration supplement/drink out there. I prefer this over any other drink hands down.

This was the only drink that I would stomach during my pregnancy. In the first trimester of me being pregnant I was always nauseous and barely could hold down water. I sent discovered these amazing and convenient packets. First of all it’s so easy to use you just open up the packet and add it to water. It’s perfect if you are traveling or on the go and you just don’t have time to get a drink. This took away my nausea and it made me feel so much more energized and refreshed. Now that I am on my postpartum journey I am actually incorporating these into my work outs. These help me when I’m sweating and when I am working out. I highly recommend these hydration packets.

This has been my hangover go-to product for a few years now. I have enjoyed most of the flavors. I really do think it helps me to re-hydrate and bounce back quickly. I also travel with these and take them on long flights and really hot beach vacations.

I ride horses daily, so I need to replenish and stay hydrated. These are great for people on the go such as myself as well and all of my ranch hands. And they come in handy for my son that skateboarding. Strawberry is my favorite flavor. I just put them in my saddle bags, or backpack and ride or roll out! 10/10

AI’m a hiking girlie and just did a 14er (Mt. Bierstadt!). I was this close to cramping up the last 200 feet, but Liquid I.V. honestly saved me. The hydration hit fast, and the flavor was perfectly balanced—not too sweet. Only thing is, it can be a little sticky if it leaks, so shake + seal it tight!

I’ve been drinking liquid IV during my workouts and outdoor excursions and I no longer have headaches after being outside in the hot sun. I used to get wiped out from being in the sun for only a few minutes but now I realize I was just dehydrated and in need of electrolytes. It tastes great and it works.

Tastes amazing! I love using Liquid IV when I’m exercising in the summertime to stay hydrated and feel refreshed. The lemon lime flavor is my favorite, but the watermelon is a close second. I also use Liquid IV when I am sick and the nice flavors make everything so much easier.
