Liquid I.V. earns strong reviews for fast, noticeable hydration—especially after workouts, heat, travel, or a night out—while convenient single-serve packets and broad flavor variety (standouts include Lemon Lime, Strawberry, Passion Fruit, Watermelon, Golden Cherry) make it easy to use. Reviews also flag consistent drawbacks: many flavors taste overly sweet or salty, some feel thick or artificial, and the added sugar and sodium (with a newer sugar‑free line noted) are frequent concerns; mixing can clump and flavor hit-or-miss. Overall, the brand is effective but polarizing on taste and ingredients.

So good! And it helps me drink water. I like to mix it with 32 ounces of water because if it’s less than it’s pretty strong in salty flavor.
Liquid IV's packaging is easy to open, and the lemon-lime flavor is perfect for a day at the beach.
My go too after a Saturday night out.
Liquid ID is used by everyone in my family. From keeping hydrated at sporting events to needing a little recovery after a long night out. They are also good if you are traveling and need help “regulating” your body to different time zones. I keep a few in my travel case at all times.
I recently tried the Liquor IV and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The taste was smooth and refreshing, with just the right amount of kick. It provided a nice boost of energy without any jitters or crash afterwards. The packaging was sleek and convenient, making it easy to take on the go. Overall, I highly recommend giving Liquor IV a try if you're looking for a tasty and effective way to elevate your energy levels. Cheers!

Liquid IV has helped me rehydrate a number of times and it's done well for me. The flavors are good and it's relatively easy to mix when you're probably not feeling your best. Just remember that they will be salty like any other oral rehydrating solution. These will help you get back on your feet quickly whether you're sick and trying to stay hydrated, feeling sluggish and needing a top-off, or recovering from a rough night. Pedialyte or Gatorade are easy to grab and go, but I suspect they have more sugars and preservatives (though I do not have the nutrition info in front of me). Other reviews state they wish it didn't have sugar. Just be aware that sugar is helpful in helping water absorb in your GI system. Sugar-free varieties would not hydrate as well. Sugar is used to help draw the water into your bloodstream. If you want a sugar-free oral rehydration solution, maybe you don't need one.

I'm not the biggest fan of some of the flavors they offer/how much flavor they pack, but they do the trick when I need to catch up on drinking water throughout the day. My. Friends like these, and that is how I found out about them! They are super easy to pack for nights out or for your next girls trip!
I love the idea and concept of liquid I.v. A friend suggested I drink a packet mixed with water in a shot glass prior to going out to drink alcohol and it helped prevent me from getting dehydrated. My fiancés son takes them to work with him whenever he’s landscaping and he said it helped him. I didn’t care for the amount of sugar it seemed kinda high. I also am not a huge fan of most flavors and wish they’d offer more!
Worth all of my money !! Love it
Did help with a hangover, tastes pretty eh, but it did make me feel more hydrated

I wanted to love this brand because everyone speaks so highly of it but the taste was just not it for me. I woke up one day after a bachlorette and I really needed some extra hydration but I could not stomach the taste.
Liquid IV has become a staple in my home for dehydration due to illness, after intense exercise, and my husband's occasional hangovers. Some of the flavors are better than others, and they all have a slightly salty quality to them due to the electrolytes. However, they do work. If you are a long distance runner that can't stand "goo" then these will do the trick. My husband claims that if you drink one before bed and one in the morning after a night of drinking, you will recover significantly quicker.

Overall love the idea that liquid IV has. I do feel like it helps me stay hydrated on the go Only thing I could ask them to improve is the ingredients list as it’s not the best out there! Still use this product all the time xx
Watermelon is the best packet!

Simply the best for easy, on-the-go hydration. The flavors are great and taste refreshing but not too sweet. My toddler loves when I add a little sprinkle to his water bottle too. A little pricey, but I buy these in bulk and always keep one in my bag!

OMG i live and die by Liquid IV i probably have one a day. i live in texas and am a combat athlete so i have to stay hydrated at all times, and this is my favorite!!! the flavors are all super yummy! only thing i will say is that i think the water:powder ratio is off and you can actually use alot more water than they say. i always end up with excess powder at the bottom.
Love liquid IV! It’s a better option for electrolytes than some of the sugary drinks out there. A great option for mamas to use during pregnancy and labor!

Like many of the flavors - some are odd but they are true to the description! Easy to add to your h2o to replenish after a sweat. Love the energy ones too for a non jittery boost.
I like the taste of most of them and they are refreshing but the packaging can be a little more eco friendly!
Tasty, and hydrating my only issue is the ammount of sugar that is in the product. A great alternative for gatorade, and easy to store when you are on the go, however if you are watching your sugar intake just be wary it is a big ammount of sugar than what I expected
