When I had COVID I was superrrrr dehydrated but I couldn’t drink enough water. It got so bad that blacked out and could not see for almost a minute. Liquid is helped he sooooo much because it doesn’t taste gross lol the lemon lime one is the best. From now on every time I’m sick I have to get this stuff because it helps flush all the gross stuff out of me.

These have really helped with recovery from a night out or from physical activity - they taste good, but I just wish they weren’t so sweet!

These are great for traveling as they are easily packed and can be added to any bottle or glass of water. I am a nurse who works 12 hour shifts and we have to keep our water bottles off the floor for health code reasons. So finding the time to get to the locker room to get a sip of water can be hard. I started drinking a liquid iv before my shift and packing one in my lunch bag. I have definitely seen a difference in the way I feel when I do and do not drink the liquid iv. I love the lemon lime flavor the most.

I use every single day and it makes me feel more awake. So far Strawberry is my favorite flavor!

Have tried and enjoy the passionfruit flavor - definitely find it useful when I really need to rehydrate after a big workout or run. Will try other flavors too!

I like the idea behind this product, I did feel that it gave me more energy since I was better hydrated but the flavor and added sugar could be better. There are other products that have a better ratio of sugar to salt and good flavors so this company definitely needs a formulation update. As well it can be pricey.

I always travel with Liquid I.V. It helps me recover if I'm hungover, or just generally dehydrated. I haven't tried every flavor but generally, I don't love the taste of the ones I've tried. I still prefer it to Gatorade, or other electrolyte drinks, and I like that the powdered format can fit in my carryon bag, or purse.

I don't mind these packets but they're a bit much in flavor that I only use half the packet.

I have had a great experience purchasing DTC and from Costco/Target. I love the flavors & single packets. Actually very effective for hangovers! So easy for travel/on the go. I only wish there were lower sugar offerings.

I like all of the flavors a lot. I haven’t noticed a real difference and there is quite a bit of sugar in the ingredients.

I’ve been using Liquid IV for about 5 years now and it has changed my life!! So great for those who are active and just can’t get their water in. On top of that, it’s such a lifesaver for nights out/drinking, just drink a packet before drinking and the morning after for little/no hangover. Great flavors, the watermelon is to die for!

ugh I honestly hated these and its not because of the salt. im used to electrolyte drinks and that not but liquid iv gives me a chemical taste and I hate it. I've tried a few different flavors and I can't get rid of that taste.

Liquid IV is the best product I’ve ever tried for electrolytes. My friend put me onto these about two years ago and I’ve never looked back. Lemon lime is my ride or die and I use these for workouts after nights out or even during the day. great to stay hydrated with.

I love the feeling of having a liquid IV right before I work out or right after a night out. It just makes me feel so much more alert and active, especially during a run. Also doesn’t taste artificial!! Specifically really love the vitamin C variety.

Saved me from many hangovers and hydrates me from traveling!!

A little pricey, but best tasting electrolyte powder I've tried yet.

I think it’s alright. I don’t like how it has a bunch of Artificial flavoring and sugar.
