  • I am a first time customer and placed an order on 6/27 and 2 weeks later reached out to customer service since my order had not been fulfilled. This is the worst customer service experience, they don’t have a phone number and communication is only through email. The support team is unhelpful and wouldn’t even tell me the status of the order, they just reply saying they’re sorry for the inconvenience. It’s just frustrating how they don’t care about their customers at all.

  • When I started buying Kyte a few years ago their quality was unmatched. Thick, buttery soft pjs that were great for sensitive skinned babies. I still buy their products when they have sales as it can be difficult to find brands that don’t irritate my kids skin. The best part about Kyte is how stretchy it is so it truly does last a very long time. We love the older Kyte products which I’ve mainly purchased off buy, sell, trade groups.

The past year the fabric has gotten so thin and has had a lot of quality control issues. Unfortunately many of my products have arrived with holes, pulled threads and pill after just one wear. I would say now it is not worth the expensive price tag and I mainly only buy on sale

  • There was a time when I got really obsessed with Kyte baby. I threw away all other clothes of my kids and only had them on Kyte bamboo clothing which was super soft and I can tell my kids loved them however I feel like the quality has drastically changed. The clothes aren’t lasting as long as they did and would pill easier now and have loose threads coming out within a couple washes and it’s just simply not the same as before. I’d spent thousands on these clothing because they’re so cute but have noticed myself slowing down on my spending because of the decrease in quality. The prints are still pretty though. Just wish it was cheaper for the quality we’re getting now.

Pricing. They’re very expensive for baby clothes and the quality of the material has gone down.

  • I use the kyte baby sleep sack for my 5 month old. The material is super buttery soft and then sack has 2 two way zippers so you can zip them up and open up the bottom if needed. I accidentally ordered the wrong size first and the returns process was very simple to navigate. My first order took over 3 weeks to arrive but the second one was much faster. I do think 50$ is a bit much for the product and wish it was cheaper.

  • I have a Kyte blanket, and I love it so much. It's super soft, and it's breathable but still very cozy. I sleep with it over my quilt every night.

  • So comfy that I even ordered the adult version. Washes well, stretchy fabric, feels great and has great colors and designs. Would make a great gift.

  • Terrible quality product and even worse company.

  • Big fan of Kyte and their bamboo clothing. As a mom of 2 under 2, the clothing holds up well and they have a beautiful array of colours. However, the price point is quite high for the average consumer. I also own one of their t-shirts for myself and it has held up ok, once it stains it is quite hard to remove, but the level of comfort is unmatched.

  • My kids wear Kyte every night! My son has bad eczema and I feel so much better putting him in Kyte's breathable natural material than any of his other pyjama material options. My daughter is obsessed with the sleep sacks. She is 3.5 and has moved from sleeping inside one to using them as her cuddle blankets.

  • The quality has changed. It may have been worth the price before for buttery soft materials for my baby’s skin, but the manufacturing has changed and it’s obvious. It’s not worth the price anymore

  • My son had severe baby eczema that no lotion, soap, or medicinal cream was helping to remediate. I found Kyte Baby bamboo clothes to try and keep my son in breathable clothing at night to reduce overheating causing his eczema to flare up. Really love Kyte Baby pajamas and sleep sacks however the crib sheets have not lasted very long with numerous holes forming.

Overall I really do like the brand and I have continued to purchase their clothing products. because they are a small company some of their customer service practices are not what we see from big box stores. My initial order was lost in shipping, never received. I emailed the company and they told me I needed to wait 60 days before they would ship replacements just in case it showed up. Items I originally ordered were now no longer in stock. I was also not receiving timely responses from customer service as they told me every time you reach out to them your message goes back down to the bottom of the queue so that they can respond to emails as they come in. You would think of customer service emails you a question and expects a response your response would not go to the bottom of the queue.

  • Love our Kyte baby items. The price is high, but the products hold up to use and abuse well!

  • The fabric is perfect for your growing baby! From infant to toddler, the material is so stretchy and soft. We have various outfits for our little one, they keep him warm, his skin soft, and in style!

My only feedback is with the white onesies, once your little gets too big - the material can wear thin and can be almost transparent. That's what we've noticed with our white onesies, otherwise all the other colors are not affected like this!
