Jeni's Ice Creams earns rapturous reviews for rich, ultra‑creamy texture and inventive, true‑to‑label flavors like Brambleberry Crisp, Gooey Butter Cake, and Brown Butter Almond Brittle, confirming the brand is excellent. Reviews also flag downsides: pints are expensive, quality varies by flavor, and some report iciness or overly sweet/salty notes and occasional freezer burn from stores.

Ummmm some of the best ice cream I’ve had, and they deliver
SO delicious. Their dairy-free flavors are my favorite and I'm not even dairy-free.
Their flavors are unique and feel more leveled up than most other brands you can find in the freezer aisle. The ice cream itself is smooth and creamy, not crystal-y at all. They're on the pricier side, but when you want something fancier, Jeni's is where it's at!
Jeni’s is amazing … I love their tart flavors and their waffle cones and the Texas sheet cake flavor (coconut!) is great too

Excellent ice cream at the ice cream shops that I have been to with very unique flavors
BRAMBLEBERRY CRISP IS THE BEST ICE CREAM THERE IS. That's it, Jeni's is delicious and I doubt you could go wrong with any of the flavours.

I will first say this... I am lactose intolerant, so I have not tried all the ice creams. However, the Frosé sorbet... AMAZING... I love it at home and I love it when I go to the shop and get it in the amazing cone. The sorbet is a nice treat. I might have to go get me some today!
Jeni's ice cream is the best! I'm lucky because I live in Austin and can go to the shops but I've also had the pints and the flavors are unique.
I tried Jeni’s first in person at a location here in Atlanta. Fell in love.

the ice cream is fantastic, but it's very expensive. the cafes are cute and typically have ample seating and very nice staff.
Best in-store ice cream you can buy with insanely unique flavors. Something for everyone!
I feel like im in the minority, but i wasn’t impressed. I tried a few different flavors and I wasn’t blown away. Good, but not worth the hype or cost.

How could anyone rate this brand less than 5 stars? Truly the best ice cream. Always coming out with new flavors and they have dairy free / gluten free options. Jenis sells pints in our local grocery stores for $5 cheaper than in store which is a plus.
This is some of the best ice cream you could buy at your average grocery store. The price is high, but it's certainly worth it if you can treat yourself. The base is creamy, never icy, and the individual flavors are always strong. My personal favorite is the Boston Cream Pie. The fudge is just thick enough, the cake pieces stay perfectly soft, and the base has an amazing salty sweetness. If you're looking for something with a brighter, more summery flavor, I definitely recommend the Lemon & Blueberries Parfait. The sweetness of the blueberry jam compliments the tart lemon ice cream so well.

*I have not had the to-go containers, only in-store experiences. Jeni's is well worth the hype and the price. The flavors are unique and really don't compare in terms of taste to any other ice cream brand. The waffle cones are worth the upgrade and makes it a must do in the summer.
We have a shop here in Austin, I love the scoop options, and the flavors are unreal. I wish do wish they had more dairy-free options.

Jeni's are hit or miss for me. Some of the flavors are AMAZING and others are not my favorite. I've found that the flavors offered in their in-person shops and online are far superior to those offered by Whole Foods and other local grocers. My favorite flavor is Brown Butter Almond Brittle :)
Best flavors. Best ice cream! (Even if you get it shipped, it arrives perfectly!)
i <3 jeni's. my favorite flavor is bramble berry crisp!
