immi earns polarized reviews: the brand delivers convincing plant‑based broths (notably Black Garlic “Chicken,” Tom Yum “Shrimp,” and Spicy “Beef”) and high protein, low‑carb, high‑fiber noodles that satisfy health‑minded eaters, but many find the noodle texture rubbery, grainy, or tough and the flavors occasionally bland or overly salty. Reviews indicate it can be good when customized with add‑ins and longer cook times, yet recurring critiques cite small portions and inconsistent seasoning versus traditional ramen, making immi a thoughtful alternative rather than a universal crowd‑pleaser.

I bought and tried three different flavors of this immi noodle: black garlic chicken, spicy beef, and tom yum. The texture of the noodle is very different from any other instant noodle that I have tried. It also tastes a bit weird. I don't know how to describe, but the taste is weird. The price is also so expensive for instant noodle, even with the buy 2 get 1 is also on the pricey side.

These are a bit funky - but the macros are excellent. Their smell is pretty strong, whether you microwave or use the stove - but the taste is decent. But hey, for 21g protein and 15g fiber, it's a pretty great ramen substitute.
pros: - high protein - yummy soup bases (using less water than recommended) cons: - pricy - noodles taste like rubber - small portion The appeal of ramen for me is quick satiation but I felt like I barely ate anything after eating this. I’d rather eat a lower protein ramen with better taste that will leave me satisfied and add protein via toppings. fav flavors: tom yum, black garlic chicken meh flavors: spicy beef
These are guilt-free and I love to add some soft-boiled eggs, mini corn and other vegetables I may have on hand - you can't go wrong. Immi flavors are delicious! The spice packets kick typical ramen out of the park. The noodle texture is definitely a little different as is the flavor, but not undesirable, just different than standard ramen. I love that these have high protein and low-carb with all the good fiber.
weird texture but i love the flavor and how it's low carb and high protein!
Doesn't completely replace the taste of the ramen we all grew up loving, but a great substitute for something a little healthier! I've tried each flavor and they're all pretty good!

I think these just straight out the bag aren't my personal favorite. I think if you made this and added some fresh vegetables and sauces it would take it to another level flavor wise. I saw another review saying that you should cook the noodles longer than specified and completely agree, otherwise they're way too hard
disclaimer - I tried these I'm 2020 so it's possible the formula was improved upon since. I tried the garlic and beef flavors both-noodles were weird textured (like cardboard filling), did not cook properly and both broths were fairly one dimensional and yielded a thin, salty and unsatisfying meal.

Needs to be quite doctored up to be satisfying - if you're in the mood for packaged ramen just eat the crappy stuff to scratch the itch. These are better used as a base for a saucier noodle or a lot of accouterments which I don't always have on hand when I'm just looking to open a package of ramen for some hot soup. I appreciate what they're going for and I'm all for a healthier alternative but I don't think this quite serves the same purpose.

I haven't tried since they reformulated so maybe they're better on their own now! That's just not really my packaged ramen speed, need lower effort-to-satisfaction ratio.
I had high expectations but was not a fan unfortunately. It tasted like whey protein powder noodles. I'm not a big protein powder fan and I had to force myself to finish it so it wouldn't go to waste.

The taste isn't all that great. For what it is (ramen soup) it's much more expensive than the alternatives and it doesn't feel significantly healthier an option. It's still a processed snack. If it was the same price as regular ramen I'd buy it, but I doubt that will ever happen.

pretty good taste! and i loved that it was healthy, plant based, and high protein. So the texture for the noodles was a bit strange but nothing you can't get used to. I really enjoyed the black garlic "chicken" flavor because I'm vegetarian and it's so hard to find ramen without meat broths.

Ok ok product. We didn't like it much but just a new try. We felt ok but my kids find it bad which is not yet all expected.

The noodles were definitely tough but I actually enjoyed how chewy they were, but I wasn't a huge fan of the flavors. I was happy to finish both packs I bought, but probably won't buy them again unless on sale (I'd rather just make my own noodles from scratch, or if I want a healthier instant version just add eggs and veggies to a standard pack).

East to make, delicious, but has a kick so be prepared for a little spice. Would buy again as a healthier version of Ramen

A healthy instant ramen
As a ramen lover, I think this instant ramen is OK - it does has the chewiness I like . Well, it is low-carb with high-protein, so a quite healthy instant ramen. I recommend the Tom Yum Shrimp flavor, quite spicy but very flavorful indeed.
Ramen is my favorite food and unfortunately this one misses the mark, its extremely high cost paired with its poor taste leaves me sad.

Really yummy! Love the protein boost. Easy to prepare, good flavor payoff. Love the convenience of these, tho they are a definite expense I don't purchase regularly.

am sorry, I have to be honest, This is the most horrible noodle I've ever had😢 The noodke texture like rubber, I chose tomyum flavor, the soup color is brown and the soup taste not like tomyum sup at all. I only finished it 1/4 from 1 serving.

I've bought Immi a few times because I like ramen that much. I wanted to like it more due to its high fiber content and their concept of making ramen more healthy. Personally, I'd rather eat high-fiber angel hair pasta with a Shin Ramyun soup packet (usually not using the entire packet anyway). I prefer the texture of angel hair pasta over the Immi noodles. The noodle soup packet can't beat the one from Shin. You can get a few servings from a box of high-fiber pasta versus one serving of Immi ramen for the same price. It's not exactly apples to apples, but I'm okay with the substitute.
