immi earns polarized reviews: the brand delivers convincing plant‑based broths (notably Black Garlic “Chicken,” Tom Yum “Shrimp,” and Spicy “Beef”) and high protein, low‑carb, high‑fiber noodles that satisfy health‑minded eaters, but many find the noodle texture rubbery, grainy, or tough and the flavors occasionally bland or overly salty. Reviews indicate it can be good when customized with add‑ins and longer cook times, yet recurring critiques cite small portions and inconsistent seasoning versus traditional ramen, making immi a thoughtful alternative rather than a universal crowd‑pleaser.

The concept of healthy ramen is good. Soup is flavorful. Noodle was pretty unique, very thin and harder than normal instant ramen. However, $6+ per serving is too high for me to repurchase.

This ramen was so good and full of flavorful for it to be a packaged ramen. I added some veggies in mine and had it for a quick lunch!

Very nice, but very salty. I like the idea of the protein in the ramen but this product I cannot buy again because of the salt content, saturated fat and the price. I figured that in a product that mentions the word "plant based", it would have been lower sodium and had no saturated fat, but these do not. Good try though. The texture was weird and so was the flavor of the noodles. I did like the broth flavor and would have given another star, for this if the sodium content was at a level that is acceptable and there was no saturated fat. Sorry bout that, maybe a low salt/no fat line.

Good flavor and texture on the noodles. Easy to make and exceeded my expectations for a packaged ramen. Can't get past the price though.

This was an interesting alternative to traditional instant ramen. The flavor was delicious and vibrant. The texture was a little odd at first (doesn't taste exactly like normal ramen), but really grew on me. Love to have a more nutritious instant option when cravings hit.

I tried immi since I received a bogo offer from thingtesting. I liked how the noddles were high in protein and healthier than other instant noddles, but I found them to be bland for me. The texture of the actual noddles was a bit different but not bad. I did find them to be on the pricey side and probably wouldn’t get them if they weren’t kn sale.

I was very disappointed in the immi ramen. The noodles were very chewy and gummy in texture, and the flavor just wasn’t appealing. It was also a very expensive for a pack of ramen. Will not be buying again.

I have tried the keto diet trying to be low carb but couldn’t find ramen that could satisfy my craving on the diet. I’m glad that immi provides an option for that. Macro wise this is good, texture is a bit weird though

I’ve had the other flavor but this time I got something different. The texture is a bit weird but considering the low carb and high protein content, I think this is decent enough.

Sadly these were an odd texture and didn't taste that good either. I was excited for a high protein instant noodle and something that seemed healthier than the usual, but these didn't hit the spot for me. Also really expensive.
The branding is so cute and the flavor combos had me super excited to try! However, the texture was a huge miss for me - dense and cardboard-like. Would try again if they worked on formulation.
This was pretty good it was nice the amount of protein and healthy ingredients much better for you than the tradition ramen packets. However the noodles had a whole grain sort of graining tasting that never got the slippery softness of traditional ramen.

The noddles are ok. I like that they are a healthier alternative to instant ramen. So far we have hated the flavor packs and I’ve had to mix up my own broth. That factored in with the price, basically $6 a pack! The juice is just not worth the squeeze.

My husband and I really enjoy immi! Our favorite flavors are Black Garlic Chicken and Tom Yum Shrimp. I ate a lot of this while breastfeeding too -- it was a great, hydrating and filling meal and it fit my food restrictions (I wasn't able to eat dairy or soy, which was hard as a vegetarian for protein intake).
I love the concept of better-for-you ramen, but the noodles were a little chewy in a not so great way.
OVERCOOK THE NOODLES, it'll be better. Which might increase the carb impact a bit, but it'll really improve the texture (in my opinion). As a passionate noodle-eater with insulin resistance, I love the concept here. They are a bit pricey and aren't an exact replica for the real deal but they do curb an instant noodle craving. I'd say they're more like a 3.5/5.
Really cool idea of having high protein instant ramen that is plant based. The noodles themselves were a bit tough and dense. Didn't have the quintessential "chew" of ramen noodles. I like the idea and would be looking forward to future iterations as they get the right mix of high protein and the flavor profile.
As close as it gets to the real thing, but leagues better in terms of health.

After shipping and tax, these noodles come out to about $8/ pack. They are problem worth $3 at the most. Save your money, just not good enough value.
