The HUM Nutrition Flatter Me Digestive Enzymes took some time for my body to adjust yet it gets the job done! The Hormone Balance capsules have been helpful to keep my life and body in balance, literally! For the Daily Cleanse, I’m not experiencing much of the functionality of the supplement. The packaging is great and clearly visible from a distance!

Flatter Me by Him Nutrition has been a game changer. This product has reduced my water retention and has helped my stomach return to its normal levels. I would highly recommend if you are someone like me who struggles with food and even the smallest thing can cause a reaction to try this. Taste is nothing, and taking it in the morning in my car has become an easy routine when I wake up feeling just bloated.

As someone who deals with frequent stomach and digestive issues on a regular basis I was on a mission to find a few products that were quick and efficient, had simple ingredients and bonus points for not having an overbearing odor when opening the jar. I am happy to report that every single Item from Hum meets all of these things. They come in fun and bright colored packaging, have effective results and the reduction in gas, bloating and any stomach discomfort is truly remarkable! Best of all the ingredient list is simple and doesn’t contain any harmful and unknown ingredients! I will be using this brand and all of their products from here on out!

My girlfriend really liked this product it helped her a lot giving her PMS relief helping to erase cramps and mood support it is vegan, NON GMO, gluten free, no artificial colors, sweeteners, flavors or preservatives which is important to my girlfriend. It helped supports hormonal balance and has clean ingredients.

i’ve been taking flatter me for a few years and recently just started taking ripped rooster. the subscription is definitely worth it and they send free product samples each month which is an added bonus

I've tried lots of HUM products, but I particularly like the Daily Cleanse and Flatter Me. I won't stop buying these products, and I had a dietitian also confirm that they love and recommend this brand to their patients.

Purchased this product for my sister, who has frequent bloating issues. I was told it did not take long to go into effect and no side effects!

Good product. Not sure how different it is to existing products but will see.

I thought that worked really well for the purpose described. I am not sure how often I would buy them since they are expensive.

I swear by the HUM nutrition Flatter Me supplement. Helped so much for me to not feel bloated after a meal that I eat out! Highly recommend! I wish it came in a bigger bottle with more in them.

I love the HUM. I did a subscription with them, they send little goodies each month along with the product. I have been using the "private party" & they really work. I have seen a huge difference since using them.

I just started taking this supplement, so I haven’t seen any noticeable results yet. But, it’s easy to take and I like that you only have to take 2 a day. Packaging is sleek and it was easy to find at my local Target.

During the pandemic, I tried many different vitamins from Hum and they were just okay. I did not notice a substantial difference in my body that eating well, drinking water and exercise wouldn't provide.

I was using these supplements for several months (at least 6 months) and I didn’t really see much of a difference even though I was consistent with them. Eventually I just canceled my subscription.
