    I enjoyed taking the Hum Nutrition Daily Cleanse. The pills go down easily and you get a decent supply for the price. My skin has improved since I started taking these pills. It’s gentle on the stomach and made me feel less bloated.

    The only thing that makes me sleep. I get really bad insomnia sometimes and the calm sweet calm helps so much. My husband introduced me to them and its crazy how effective they are. Like 15 minutes after use I'm sleepy.

    Not too sure about HUM Nutrition. I have tried all of the products that they offered at my local Target. I think they were working but could not definitely tell. That is why I rate them 3/5.

    I tend to get bloated in my stomach I noticed after eating some carbs. I am not allergic to bread, it is just some people break down food faster in their system than others. The pill is easy to swallow, but this one has a weird aftertaste, which the cranberry pill from Hum doesn't have. The taste to me is ginger which I am fine with but after it goes to a fennel seed/earth grass taste which is not pleasant to me. I still take the pills because I see great results and my stomach feels less swollen. The strange taste only lasts a second and I only burp sometimes taking the pill not all the time.
