I been taking the celery juice fiber gummies they taste good no after taste… something that I appreciate. I also seen they have different products for different issues. This one have help me with my natural detoxification and daily green boost. I been trying to take care more of my body.

I've given a few HUM Nutrition supplements a try – the stress relief, sleep, hair, and glow ones. Surprisingly, the sleep and stress relief ones really hit the mark for me. They did what they promised and ended up being a crucial part of my daily routine. Now, the hair and glow options? Not exactly game-changers for me. Despite that, the sleep and stress relief supplements from HUM have become must-haves in my everyday wellness routine.

I tried the flatter me, during a digestive enzyme kick. It helped w bloating to an extent, for sure after inflammatory meals. 

i’ve been taking flatter me for a few years and recently just started taking ripped rooster. the subscription is definitely worth it and they send free product samples each month which is an added bonus

I love the HUM. I did a subscription with them, they send little goodies each month along with the product. I have been using the "private party" & they really work. I have seen a huge difference since using them.

One of my favorite supplement brands! These are some of the only vitamins, besides Olly, that I've found that doesn't taste terrible. I've been using the Glow Sweet Glow and really enjoying it. I start skin cycling around the time that I started the gummies and while I thin my skin has been fantastic, it might bee a blend of both of those things. 

I have been taking this as directed (3 per day), so far, no results.

I have been taking Hum Collagen love for about 2 months now and am not seeing any difference in the appearance of my skin. I bought this in bulk, so I still have 1.5 bottles to get through, I am hoping to see some results by the end of the third month. 

The Flatter Me is my go to. It definitely works, but be sure to follow the instructions about when to take the product. If you take them on an empty stomach, it will make you super nauseous.

I obviously haven't tried the extensive list of vitamins and supplements that HUM offers hence why I am not giving too low of a rating. Other than the packaging being cute, I found no difference in taking these vitamins. I felt like I was spending money and taking poor tasting vitamins daily for no reason, I eventually stopped ordering and even my last bottles that shipped, I just got rid of. Mind you I took these for like 6 months. It definitely bummed me out. 

I swear by the HUM nutrition Flatter Me supplement. 
Helped so much for me to not feel bloated after a meal that I eat out! Highly recommend! I wish it came in a bigger bottle with more in them.
