    These instant noodles from Hotpot Queen are a miss for me. They need to have the ingredients listed for those of us who need to watch their sodium intake. It's A LOT of sodium. over 2,300 mg's of it! I love tingling, spicy, robust flavors and that is here in abundance. I made this dish, took a few bites to taste and then passed the rest to a friend to finish (one with no dietary restrictions) They liked the flavor, but were not a fan of the oilier texture. This is most likely because we are not familiar with this noodle dish and the kind of oily texture associated with it. For newbies like us, it's a pass. Those of you familiar with this dish, will most likely have a different take-away.

    I’ve Had Better…

    Is not a bad chili crisp. The flavor and crispiness just wasn't there for me personally and it is on the expensive side. Probably worth a try if you like chili crisp as you might find the flavor tiptop. Bur me is just ok; there are better options available.

    This Crunchy Garlic Chili Sauce from Hotpot Queen is great when it comes to taste, sweetness, spiciness and texture. It was just what I was looking for to add an extra kick to my weekly dinner rotations. I have used it in stir fry’s, to marinate grilled chicken and steak, as a topper on tacos and hearty salads and have even used it as a dipping sauce for raw veggies. Absolutely love it! I just wish it were easier to find.
