I unfortunately couldn’t eat them! I really wanted to eat them! So bad! Unfortunately it has wheat ingredients in them. If they didn’t I would totally eat it! Love the design of the products so fun and colorful! Fingers crossed gluten free in the future please! Thank you :) I would recommend highly to gluten tolerant people!

It's got a nice balance between spice, sweetness and great texture. I've drizzled it on top of salads and other rice dishes, and it adds a nice spicy kick. The crunchy garlic and fermented black bean is visibly and texturally nice on the palate.

love their their wild mushroom chunky chili and sichuan triple chilli. They both have a nice kick and a lot of flavors! similar price point to fly by jing but I like the flavor profile of Hotpot Queen more. You get the spicyness, saltiness, sweetness all at once.
These instant noodles from Hotpot Queen are a miss for me. They need to have the ingredients listed for those of us who need to watch their sodium intake. It's A LOT of sodium. over 2,300 mg's of it! I love tingling, spicy, robust flavors and that is here in abundance. I made this dish, took a few bites to taste and then passed the rest to a friend to finish (one with no dietary restrictions) They liked the flavor, but were not a fan of the oilier texture. This is most likely because we are not familiar with this noodle dish and the kind of oily texture associated with it. For newbies like us, it's a pass. Those of you familiar with this dish, will most likely have a different take-away.
