I ordered the linen bedding set during black friday. they took a little while to arrive but the team was kind enough to send us an email about shipping delays beforehand. the bedding feels super luxurious but looked a little wrinkly when i used them because i did not swap my sheets as soon as they came out of the dryer. i’d probably pop them in for a quick press next time but they are so cute and comfy regardless, i honestly don’t even mind.

I ordered a duvet cover and fitted sheet from Hommey, and they arrived faster than I expected. The color is beautiful, the texture feels soft and comfortable, and I’m very happy with the purchase. I’m already thinking about buying another color next time!

This was my Christmas present from my husband the first year we were parents, which really harkens back to the Kristen Wiig "I got a robe" skit, except that I asked for this Hommey robe and I love it! Only compliant was how hard it was to choose a pattern. I do have another much thinner robe for summers, but this is the perfect robe for fall and winter, absorbs water really well, and has very deep pockets for carrying around whatever you need (baby's bottle, kindle, etc)

I’ve had a duvet set from here for more than 6 months now. I wash it every week and it still looks great with no signs of obvious wear. The duvet looks so nice and is not terribly frustrating to put on thanks to the zipper. My only complaint is that the organic cotton material is a little scratchy which makes a flat sheet necessary. I had no issues with shipping either, it shipped almost immediately from Australia and arrived in VA in 7 days.

The most comfy cushions I've ever seen. Very high quality. I've been using them every day for quite a few months now, they have kept the shape very well. Love the different cover options too, they each brings in a unique and cool texture to the living space. All the colours are beautiful, literally want to collect all of them.

Got my first delivery today. Presentation was beautiful. I even managed to repurpose the box the pillowcase came in. The quality of the silk is remarkable. I purchased different brands silk pillowcases for last 7 years and finally found the right one.

I found this brand on Thingtesting!! I placed an order and I'm honestly so happy with it. It shipped from Australia but was actually extremely fast, I've had packages get to me in New York from California much slower than this came from Melbourne. The photography on the site is super clear and good home inspo and the quality and textures match the imagery exactly. It's super versatile. I'm impressed with the cushion inserts, they're way better than I expected. (I feel like most pillow inserts are kind of flat and crappy and pancake easily, but these hold their shape.) I don't need any more pillows at the moment, but if I ever do, I'll be returning to Hommey again!

Very poor customer service. Actually, customer service was non-existent when an unsecured parcel was delivered to me and an item missing. I messaged and also phoned asking for Hommey's help to resolve the issue since the delivery contract is between Hommey and Australia Post, and Hommey needed to take the lead. No help nor correspondence was ever received from Hommey. They don't care. This occurred the 21/2 and still no reply or apology for what happened and not helping by 26/2. I now have the missing item for which Hommey receives no credit. Very disappointed in Hommey's lack of care and extremely poor customer service. Inefficient and untimely.
