Reviews mention

  • Overnight, reliable blemish flattening
  • Discreet, skin-blurring patches
  • Satisfying impurity extraction
  • Consistent, high-quality adhesion
  • Limited deep-cystic efficacy
  • Occasional adhesive irritation
  • Edges can visibly lift
  • Residual circle discoloration

Hero Cosmetics earns high marks in reviews for Mighty Patch, which consistently flattens whiteheads overnight, curbs picking, and blends discreetly on skin—especially the Invisible+ and Surface patches. Reviews also flag limits: minimal effect on deep, cystic or under‑the‑skin pimples, occasional irritation or circle marks, edges that can lift, and frequent comparisons to cheaper hydrocolloid alternatives; packaging waste and price sensitivity recur.

  • They work! If I feel a pimple coming in I put a match on and the next morning it is smaller and the pain is gone.

  • These acne patches are great. hydrocolloid bandages are miracles for acne. These are not better than the cheaper products from drugstore brands and amazon.

  • These make a very obvious difference when I'm having a breakout. They do work best when you wear them as long as possible (overnight, etc.) but I have seen results in just a couple of hours. I have been buying these for years and will continue to! If you have a bump that needs to go down/away fast I 10/10 recommend these.

  • tried it but didn't actually work for my acne

  • I use these Mighty patches more to cover up my pimples rather than feeling the effects of them helping to heal. It's great to ensure you don't touch your pimples or even have makeup, so I use them. I'm not sure I would necessarily repurchase them; however, if you have frequent whiteheads, this might be an excellent product. I often feel more with cystic acne, so it's best as it cover up for me.

  • The best patch on the market IMO. Works well on those deep hormonal cysts!

  • I use the Original Mighty Patches quite often for when I have whiteheads! It works really well on pimples that are ready to pop, but not great for cystic acne. I think these are the best pimple patches out of the several brands I've tried! Would recommend a try!

  • I can’t help but pick on my acne, so having the mighty patch covering the thing helps me not make it worse. I have also been trying the face wash, toner, and moisturizer, and I feel like they have been good for my skin.

  • These things are strong!!! They definitely will suck bacteria out of your face but sometimes leave a hole. Effective but if you have super sensitive skin I would be careful. I only use these if I have a cystic or ingrown pimple.

  • Cleared up blemishes better than any other patches I have tried! A bit pricey but worth it for the results!

  • Might patches are my saving grace for a night before a big event or booking. Sucks the goop right out!

  • The original mighty patch is one of the only pimple patch brands that I have used that has worked, and it is definitely the best. The pimple patches are great at getting rid of pimples, but it does sometimes leave my skin red after using, but for me that is worth it. I recommend their mighty patch!

  • Hero Cosmetics Mighty Patches are THE BEST!!

  • Love it! Works super well and very easy to use.

  • Hero patches have been great for my breakouts, place them over a pimple and boom, no more worries. Hydrocolloid patches are more accessible than when I first tried Hero’s pimple patches so price value wise I don’t think these are the best options anymore. Their nose patch still offers a satisfying and better alternative to the sticky nose patches, and I do find myself using that product still but the pimple patches are getting phased out of my life.

  • I’ve used these Hero Cosmetics pimple patches for years now, and they are super effective. My biggest piece of feedback is on the size—I wish they offered multi-size packs as sometimes these feel a little too big to use on certain areas of my face.

  • First off these ACTUALLY work. I love them very much. I always have these on deck. I bring them to all sleepovers and traveling. They are small but MIGHTY. Definitely worth every penny.

  • Favorite pimple patch! Game changer with my acne, I notice a huge difference when I use these vs. not to heal a pimple quicker. The blue version of the mighty patch are almost invisible which helps for if you need to wear them during the day. The red guys are still a challenge to see right away, but are more noticeable.

  • Works well, but I like the version that’s thinner and hold onto your face better.

  • Hero Cosmetic's pimple patches are some of the best on the market. I've tried some Korean brands that work well, but they don't stick as well as the Mighty Patch. Their nose patches also work very well and have extreme sticking power. While I've opted to use Round Lab's Birch Juice Sunscreen, I would go back to using Hero Cosmetic's Force Shield if I needed an everyday physical SPF. The only product I felt was a dud was the Rescue Balm + Color Correct because I didn't notice any faster healing. If the brand could make any improvement it would be their price per pimple patch. Many Korean brands with their own lines of pimple patches cost half of what Mighty Patch goes for.
