Really love this. I obviously can't attest to the effects after just a few weeks using it, but it mixes into my smoothies and drinks seamlessly due to the unflavored flavor. Would buy this again and love the added protein.

I didn't love the flavor I tried- strawberry ginger hibiscus- but it definitely gave soda vibes. I think if I tried another flavor I would love it.
