I’ve used several products from Hero and although their patches are great, the rescue balm (before the new formula) is still my holy grail. It helps reduce redness and actively speeds up the healing process for acne.

these and the cosrx ones are my go to pimple patches. i recently snagged a costco pack and tried the invisible version and i am obsessed! i feel like these two brands are the only ones that actually do what they say they will and the hero ones in particular have good adherence to the skin! + the invisible ones don’t draw too much attention when you’re out and about. only downside with these is that they are pretty pricey :/

Mighty Patch nose strips are very satisfying!! They most definitely extract everything from my pores - Although I would say I'm not sure how long the results last - I think they'd be best combined with something including salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide for after use. The patches even for just the nose work for anywhere on your face, and they definitely help a lot when I'm having a proper breakout. Review photo is of a single patch!

Hero Cosmetics products are a true gamechanger. I have used their cleansers, toners, moisturizers,patches, and correction creams in both the green and peach tints. When it comes to acne patches this is my go to brand. Yes this brand is costly and you do not get that many patches in a box, yet they are effective with one or two days of applying. I prefer quality over quantity any day. I love the microneedling effect of the pimple patches and Dark Spot Correcting patches. You know they are working because you feel the needles pressing into your skin. A dermatologist actually recommended this brand to me. I am very grateful that they did.

I've tried a lot of pimple patches, but Hero’s Mighty Patch (The Original) is one I keep coming back to. The moment I feel a stubborn whitehead coming in, I pop one on and let it work overnight. By morning, the patch has pulled out all the gunk, flattened the spot, and made it way less red. It sticks really well—even through sleep—and comes off without irritation. I also like that it’s thin enough to wear during the day if I need to. Overall, it’s a simple, effective patch that does exactly what it claims, and it’s become a must-have in my skincare stash.

Hero cosmetics and mighty patches have been my go to blemish patch for years now. They give the best results, stay on well, and seamlessly blend into your skin. I am constantly repurchasing these, whether it be from Hero Cosmetics, Amazon or any other retailer.

These are my go-to pimple patches! I've tried cheaper brands in the past but I always come back to these. They stick to your face without sliding off, but are gentle enough that they don't pull if you have to immediately take them off for some reason. The best part is that they're thin enough I can hide underneath makeup if I go out! They really pull the "gunk" out and promote faster healing and less scarring.

The only brand that ACTUALLY pulls the gunk out. Non-irritating and super effective! The perforated lines to help remove the patches are so convenient. Personally, no complaints. The OG patches are my #1 recommendation.

These pimple patches are great! They are easy to apply, and work efficiently. However, these patches work best on larger pimples, or popped pimples. They do not work as well on more submerged pimples or scars.

This is number one acne patch my daughter uses almost daily! And more than one her face! 🙂 she believes they work and shows me how much gunk it pulls out in the morning. She buys them regularly. I wish they do some sales.

I’ve heard and read so much about this product and how great it is for pimples. Unfortunately, it only works maybe about half the time for me. Though seeing some goop on the pimple patch after peeling it off is satisfying, I’ve had much better results with other brands. It also weirds me out, the fact that I can see little dots on the patches before I even peel them off the plastic card it comes on.

Hero pimple patches work great they pull the gunk out overnight and make spots so much smaller by morning. Super easy to use and way better than picking at my skin. And they stay on all night for me. I absolutely love them.

They are a reliable brand, from the stickers to the skin products! I like their exfoliating gel cleanser as well as the large and small pimple patches!

I forget where I first heard of their pimple patches, but they are the best. No one else comes close. Not even the more expensive ones. The fact they are available everywhere now is an added convenience.

Hero Cosmetics is a life-saver, especially when I’m traveling because I always seem to break out on planes. The Mighty Patches are really lightweight, so I sometimes forget that I have one of these patches on my skin! I’d highly recommend to anyone who has pimples because it’s a quick and easy way to get rid of blemishes.

This product is incredible - especially the Invisible version! Use them all the time and have repurchased many many times. The Invisible +'s are zoom proof.

I've used Mighty patches for a few years now. As someone who breaks out with maybe 2 pimples a year from hormonal acne, I find these patches more convenient than messy liquid alternative products. The Hydrocolloid in the patches works well on my dry skin and doesn't cause any flaking. The patches stay on overnight and can be easily removed whenever without any discomfort. The patches are clear and blend into my skin as well without drawing attention to my problem areas.

Hero Cosmetics makes effective, affordable skincare products, especially for acne-prone skin. Their Mighty Patch works well for surface pimples—reducing redness and swelling overnight without irritation.

Hero Cosmetics Mighty Patches are my absolute HOLY GRAIL! Whenever I can find a great deal on them I am sure to purchase. I keep an entire drawer full of them on my vanity. They are the best pimple patches I’ve ever tried. They don’t slide off my face or fall off - even when I’m sleeping. They stay on until I take them off and have a satisfying amount of gunk. It really helps speed up the pimple healing process and makes sure I keep my fingers off my face and prevents me from picking or squeezing.

I tried these patches on multiple occasions and they did nothing for my acne. They didn't shrink the size, I saw no difference.
