I found the overall experience and design just slightly clunky. The base, the charger, the toothbrush head case all feel just a little bulky and not elegant. Also, I found the brush to be fairly loud when running. I personally don't love round brush heads compared to oval shapes, but if I did I'd still most likely be exploring Oral-B options. Still did the trick but just feel like there are better options out there.
Goby brushes are pricy, so I was expecting to keep mine for a good amount of time. Every time you brush and place the toothbrush on the stand, it leaves a gooey, murky stain. Once you remove the bottom piece, it reveals all the residue from previous brushes. The bristle is worn down really fast, and it costs a lot to purchase another. The toothbrush doesn't stand on its own (I know it's intended because of the stand, but still). I ended up going back to Oral-B in around 5 months because of my terrible experience with this product. Cheaper Oral-B brushes are better than Goby. It is pretty, though.

Bristle prices/maybe giving an extra with your first purchase of around $95, weird stain from brush.

I put in an order on May 31 and they haven’t shipped it yet. I emailed them and they said the will ship my order by July 5, they haven’t shipped anything yet, it is July 10!!!. . This is unacceptable. I had goby for about 2 years and I was so happy with them. Now I am so disappointed. I do not recommend them anymore and their costumer service is awful.
My husband and I have had had our Goby for 2+ years and enjoy it. I have had some battery issues with mine but customer service was quick to replace it. it is kind of loud when in use, but it's hard to beat the price for it.

I used a Goby for two years. I liked the look of the brush (mine was black and gold). But it's not the most powerful, and I upgraded to a high-end Oral-B electric brush and now would not go back.

The bottom charging station accumulates junk pretty quickly; brush itself could use more power.
My partner and I used Goby toothbrushes for about two years. I found that, while they worked well enough, they aren't nearly as powerful as the Philips toothbrushes we replaced them with. I also had some problems with the battery in mine, but Goby quickly sent out a replacement to rectify the issue.

The toothbrushes are pretty loud, and the stands get dirty and gunky really easily.

This was okay. I liked that they offered some other colors aside the typical white or black and being able to receive new toothbrush heads as a subscription was convenient. I also liked the quadrant timer on the brush. However, it was a bit big and was a hassle to charge. It also got really gunky between the brush head and the body and I was frequently having to clean it. I used it for a while but eventually swapped to something else.
I had this for about a year and it was OK. I stopped using it because my gums started to recede and I couldn’t figure out what was causing it. Since I’ve stopped using my Goby my gums haven’t moved (and I’ve changed nothing else about my teeth routine), so I’m pretty sure it was the toothbrush. Very cute but not worth messing with my gums!

The toothbrush itself was good, but trying to get replacement heads is impossible. I have placed 2 orders since April, and as of August 3, I have not received any of the heads. I am going to file a dispute with my credit card company, since they charged my card immediately upon ordering.

I actually like the Goby toothbrush. But.....I ordered a new one on May 15th....credit card was charged on May 16th. Have not yet received brush. Goby CS no longer responds to emails. They have my money...I have nothing. Suspect impending bankruptcy? Do not order anything from this company. Buyer beware.
