4/5 stars for the customer service. Missing a star because the order showed up slightly brown. And I was not able to choose the color roses I wanted for the order. I enjoyed when I, personally, received a Fresh Sends box. I love the packaging and it was fun to open. I sent Fresh Sends to a friend as a congratulations and when she sent a thank you photo, I was slightly mortified by some of the sad roses. She was happy to receive and loves them, never mentioned the slightly brown ones. I reached out to customer service, I could reply directly to the sent email notification which was SO NICE, as often times you need to start a whole new thread. Lily was quick to solve the issues and resent roses in 2 days. She even noted I wanted a different color than white. It is so rare to come across a brand that holds themselves to a high standard and responds quickly with a solution. Because of this, I would order again.

Was very timely and offered creative flowers compared to the normal go to. They arrived on time and in great condition. Definitely recommend if you are looking to get someone some fresh flowers that are not bland!

I am obsessed with Fresh Sends and I love how easy they are to order for friends' birthdays, graduations, and as a super cute pick me up! I've even ordered them as a gift from me to me before because they come paclaged super beautifully and just brighten up any room! I have usually ordered the regularSend and I like how the selection changes every week, it makes it even more fun and exciting. Great quality blooms and I like how creative the designs and arrangements are!

I ordered the tulip bouquet as a "thank you" gift for my mom and they were stunning! Ordering flowers online can be a little nerve-wracking—you never know if the stems will actually be fresh or if they'll stay protected throughout the shipping process, but these definitely survived and thrived! The packaging was extremely thoughtful AND durable and my mom loved the unboxing experience. These will definitely brighten anyones day :)

I was sent a bouquet from Fresh Sends as a gift from my workplace, and while the first one arrived a little crunchy — customer service was both speedy and kind in sending me an entirely new one. The blooms this time were vibrant and lasted over a week with routine water changes. I loved the packaging as well, the whole experience end-to-end was lovely ❤️

Got these sent as a gift and the flowers lasted for a good week plus. The packaging felt trendy and fresh. I'd definitely use Fresh Sends myself in the future too!

I really can not recommend this brand more. the attention to detail is insane, they really make receiving flowers an entire experience. As a marketing student, this is definitely one of my favorite ways brands and people can make such amazing connections and experiences with each other. the way you can personalize most of the details is amazing, and the whole theme of the company is incredible, not to mention how wonderful their team is! I highly recommend!

While I haven’t ordered flowers from Fresh Sends, the candle, perfume, and hand cream are lovely! The are all a lightly floral musk smell, but in a youthful warm way, not in a your grandmas hand soap way. The hand cream is thick and moisturizing. The candle is cute and burns evenly, it had good projection. The perfume is a solid, light spring scent, a little weak on the staying power, but good. The full set makes a wonderful gift. I ordered it as a present for myself and the packaging was cute, but a little beat up, a bit of a bummer if it hadn’t just been for me. Edit: moving from 4 to 3 stars - I’ve reordered the hand cream several times. I really do love it. However, I received an email that my order was delayed, I quickly checked back on my previous orders and every single one has been delayed. I definitely would not order flowers or a gift for a specific date from this company.

The most gorgeous flowers to send to yourself and to friends! I have sent to friends all over the US and have had great experiences. The flowers come fresh, in the cutest packaging. Every bouquet I have ordered for myself have lasted well over three weeks.

Received these as a gift from my sister and I just think they are so so beautiful! I love the idea of a seasonal & thoughtfully curated bundle of flowers as a gift or something to treat yourself with! Not to mention the packaging and unboxing experience is pretty sweet! Would definitely recommend as an alternative to your usual flower delivery bouquets that tend to look a bit tired!

Got this for my best friend and her boyfriend’s anniversary. When I placed the order, I made a mistake with the delivery address and contacted them for customer support. They were super helpful and changed the address based on what I told them. It arrived and the unboxing was a lovely experience. The flower bouquet itself was beautiful as well. My friend was super appreciative. Overall was a good gift but I don’t think I would use this service again, as it is too expensive for what you’re getting — shipping was $25 extra!

I've send and received Fresh Sends and it's hands down my current favorite flower delivery service. Unboxing one of these packages is just the best feeling! The bouquet is gorgeous and the packaging feels fresh and modern!

The flowers that were received were old and damaged . They were also substituted last minute. They are good at replying to emails tho.

Absolutely amazing customer service and support! They listened to me, saw my problem and quickly worked to fix it wit the best and comforting tone. No hassle, very efficient and polite! Definitely will be using this brand for my flower deliveries!

I ordered a send for my sister for her birthday since I am currently studying abroad and she absolutely loved them! They arrived on the exact day they were supposed to and the flowers were so fresh. My sister still can’t get over the smell! I decided to order another send for my mom for Mother’s Day and eventhough they ended up not being able to fulfill the original color option I had selected, they were so amazing about getting in contact with me and offering me additional stems as well as the option to opt for different flowers if the alternative color options weren’t ideal. Overall just an amazing experience. Amazing flowers, amazing packaging, and amazing staff. Will definitely be ordering some more soon!🤍💐

Their pictures and marketing is great, but the freshness of the flowers is nothing in comparison to what is shown on the website. I sent pictures and zoomed into the browning on the pink roses. I also sent a photo with the brown areas circled. After reviewing the photos, they said that the flowers passed their quality check and proceeded to gaslight me and say that the browning was on the outer ridges and could be picked off, when it was clearly in the center of the bud. They offered a 15 percent coupon off for the next purchase, but their shipping alone is more expensive than the discount that you would get from applying that coupon. The packaging is great, but you can find fresher flowers locally. Definitely not worth 100 dollars which is the cheapest package you can get including shipping.

The best floral delivery!!! The flowers are BEAUTIFUL & the selection of cards & wrapping paper makes it such a thoughtful gift. They were delivered timely and in great condition.

Used this service to send my friend condolence flowers. It is definitely great for the price point! Also cute that they send you a weekly email of nice sentiments from other costumers (this is anonymous).
